Their meeting

(Alexanders pov)

Waking up early I spare a fleeting glance down at Axel, I still felt bad for the night before even if he said I didn't have to, I knew he wasn't quite ready for my wolf to take him let alone so forcefully and yet due to my lack of control he submitted to me … for me.

-I dint hear him complain last night.- Striker purrs in my mind making me roll my eyes, my wolf is a perv. I quickly clean myself up and dress in a nice charcoal suit with a blue tie. I couldn't help the darkness creeping in to the pit of my stomach, would Freya be in my class today, and if she is what will I do then. I lean down and kiss Axels head quickly before leaving the house. Driving to school I did the only thing I could think of to cure my nerves, I pulled cigarette after cigarette out of my pack chain smoking one after the other. Till my new pack only held one cigarette left.

-Calm your ass down I can feel your nerves all the way back here at the pack house- I heard Axel complain in a sleep riddled voice. I chuckled lightly as I pulled in to my spot at the school and parking. I stare up that the large daunting building wonder why I didn't just call in for a sick day. I sigh and head inside dragging my feet.

Standing at my white board I try to focus on the lesson that I would be teaching the class my hand shaking in frustration as I continue to loose focus. I sigh shutting my lesson book and looking up at the clock.

"Good morning Mr. Slade" I hear some one whisper softly behind me. That sent that voice it has to be. I turn around and watch as Freya takes her seat in the front of my class room pulling out her book as she begins to read. I could feel my heart stop for a split second as I saw her. She was beautiful but something is off and I cant quite put my finger on what it is. Studying her closely I noticed she was in the same sweater and jeans as the first day of school, the jeans were well worn it looks like a hole is beginning to form in the knees and her shoes have tape holding them together.

-Axel she is here- I link back to my brother chewing my lip lightly.

-Ill be there in ten don't let her out of your sight.- He responds and I can feel the excitement rolling off of him.

-No Axel she is at school if you just come barging in here recklessly like that we will have problems.- I send back quickly. We go back and forth like this trying to figure out what we are going to do about our situation with Freya. Finally we settled on me meeting her at the end of the day to give her the paper work for the day she missed there Axel will meet me and wee would confront her.

"Um Mr. Slade are you alright?" A girl in the back row of my class, Ashton I thin her name is, called out to me.

"W-what?" I asked a little dazed blinking my eyes.

-You spaced out like your eyes glazed over and everything- I shifted uncomfortably and gave her a small smile.

-I'm sorry about that- I watched as Freya's hands tighten when I give Ashton a smile and I cant help but feel proud of the small amount of jealousy she was showing. Turning I stand at the front for the room beginning my lesson. At the end of the class period every one stood and was headed to the door when I called out to Freya.

"Freya Ill need you to come back at the end of the day for the class work that you missed." I watched her giving me a small nod but I could not miss her body language, when I called her name I watched her body stiffen and her face scrunch up in fear. I nod and sit in my chair chewing on my pen.

-Axel I think we have more than one problem- I reach out to him worry flooding my mind.

-What now?- Came his irritated and concerned response. I told Axel about the body language I had seen and the state of her clothing and I waited for his response as the mind link goes quiet.

-A-are you saying what I thing you are?- Axel asked me his voice tight with restraint, it seems he came to the same conclusion that I had, letting out a deep sigh I respond to him.

-I think some one is abusing her- I replied softly.

The end of the day bell rang and I couldn't help but feel nervous as I was packing my things up. I smell her sent before I hear her clear her throat getting my attention.

"Mr. Slade ?" she asks tentatively as she steps in to the class room. I smile and reach in to my drawer to pull out the wok she has missed.

"Have you gotten the rest of the work you need from your other classes?" I ask as I look for the right pages stalling for time till Axel shows up. I see her nod quietly holding her hand out for the papers. I look up when I hear the door to my room close and the lock slide in place. I catch Freya jump a little and pail as she turns her back to the desks her eyes darting back and forth between me and Axel.

"W-what is going on?" She asks and the fear in her voice made my wolf whine with concern. I didn't want her to fear us so I shot Axel a look telling him to stay where he was. I watch as her green eyes turn blue and her nails start to sharpen into claws.

"Woah, woah calm down please don't let your wolf out not here." I say holding my hands up on a surrendering motion. "We just want to talk Freya." I watch her shoulders loose some of there tension as I speak to her.

"There are two of you?" She says confusion covering her face. I heard Axel chuckle slightly and step a little closer.

"We are twins, and your ours." His voice came out as a soft growl and I watch Freya back away from him. I gave him a glair and cleared my throat.

"First things first, Freya we want to talk to you about becoming part of our pack Axel over there Is our alpha and I am the beta nd we are extending an offer to you that we hope you except. " I say hope pouring out of me that is un till I see her face. Her eyes go wide and she shakes her head back and forth.

"N-no Mr. Slade I cant except." she says taking her papers and running to the door unlocking it and running out. I watch Axel reach for her as she leaves the room tears falling down her face. I grab his arm and hold him back.

"Not yet" I warn him "let her go for now we will fallow her in a bit." I hear the warning snarl come from my brother as his body begins to shake.

"Did you see how she reacted how scared she was?" Axel asks his voice tight with anger.

"Do you blame her? Not only did two high ranking pack wolves approach a rouge but she's obviously been miss treated this was our fault for how we went about this. Our own needs to have our mate came above actually caring for her needs. This is our fault so now we have to fix it." I sit there deep in thought for just a few moments before letting go of Axels arm.

"Lets go hunting for our mate, I want to see what happens when she's not in school." Axel nods as we leave the class room heading to put my stuff in my car, for this to work we would need to fallow the sent trail she left behind it wasn't going to be easy but something in my gut was urging me forward.
