After the next day have arrived, Suzy headed to where Faro is staying.

He then enters the house and waited for him to wake up.

He’s still asleep? Is he tired or something?

Suzy thought after she found him sleeping in his bed.

After a few minutes have passed, Faro then woke up seeing Suzy’s face watching him.

What are you doing here?

Faro asked her afterward.

I woke up earlier, it’s just right for me to go here to meet see you, but it’s not for you so don’t even dare.

Suzy then climbed over him afterward.

Huh? You didn’t even tell me where you live, are we doing this first thing in the morning?

Faro said, asking her.

That’s why I didn’t tell you where my house is, I just had you take me to the street where I live, and yes, of course, we are doing this, and it’s been 3 days since we met.

Suzy said as she answers his question and made a move on Faro.

They then did it the first thing in the morning, and after several minutes have passed, they went to take a bath afterward.

You’re going hard today, is it another Guerre thing?

Faro asked her.

I believe so, it is the first time that I’ve heard of the Guerre thing and the Awakening thing, speaking of which, I’m going to need you to come with me to the North, I’m doing this Awakening process, I don’t know the full process since I’ve never researched it yet, but let’s head to a Library to do so, I need information about this, do you know another Guerre apart from me?

Suzy explained her answer as she asked him.

I think I do, I say I think since he only told me that he’s a Guerre, I don’t know about his Awakening thing, we can try and ask him about it, but we should try not to be optimistic about whether or not he will answer, he is old.

Faro answered her question.

Your dad?

Suzy asked.

Your guess is on point.

Faro answered.

They then finished their bath and headed out of the Village.

They first headed to the Village Tower to tell the Elders something.

You’re leaving?

Elders, not in a sense of leaving for good, I’m leaving to deal with this Awakening, I am slowly rotting in just one year, I might as well deal with it early than wait for the inevitable to happen, right?

Suzy answered the Elders’ questions as she corrects them.

I will be accompanying her in this, I will be helping her and making sure that her Awakening is successful.

Faro said, reassuring the Elders.

We will be expecting that, Faro, don’t leave her side and keep her safe, slap on the wrist will be brought upon you.

Slap on the wrist?

Faro asked.

It means exactly what it said, Faro, but you don’t want to experience that, I assure you.

Suzy said, warning Faro.

And then I will not ask further.

Faro thought.

Just be sure to not cause too much trouble for the Angus Tribe, Suzy, and be kind to them, please, we don’t want them to be disturbed too much, have them assist your Awakening and leave immediately, I believe they would rather have that than you staying longer.

Yes, Elders, I will be quick, I’m sure they won’t be too arrogant about this since I have the Gold marked scroll that is from them too.

Suzy said as she reassures the Elders.

Well then, Suzy, are you heading out now? We will see you out if you want.

The Elders then sought her out of the Village afterward.

Suzy responded to the Elders.

Take care of Suzy, Faro, don’t betray her.

I will do my best, Elders, I’m not really the best at accompanying others, but I will give it my all and will not let her down for sure.

Faro again reassures the Elders.

Suzy and Faro then left the Zion Village to head to the Theist Country since the Angus Village is north of the Continent; they need to pass through the Country first.

 They then arrived at the Southeast gate and as they approach the gate…

Where does your dad live? I assume different from your house in the North, right? I know most sons or daughters when they grew up, tend to live away, or is that true or is it a Myth?

Suzy asked Faro.

That’s true, we’re going to have to head to the Auden Village that’s where my dad lives, we can ask him about the Awakening.

Faro answered.

They then entered the gate of the Southeast section.

The Auden Village, it’s going to be awkward entering them after we’ve fought them.

Suzy said after they entered the gate.

That’s fine, they don’t care about things like that so we can just head in without any issues, well, most of them don’t care, but the ones that do, they tend to care too much about things like that, though we’re powerful against them, we don’t need to be troubled about it.

Faro told her, uplifting her spirits.

He knows about Suzy’s trust issues, especially in the Theist Country, where most of her antagonists are, at least, those that she knows, and she is aware that there are more outside the Country.

They then were bombarded by the Thespians that are always greeting Suzy.

Madam Suzy! You brought a man, I see.

Don’t think too much of this, warrior.

Suzy said after she heard one of the warriors say that.

They then entered the Theist Center and headed to the Commanders’ Outpost and the Center Point to inform them that Faro and Suzy will be leaving, of course, they had already prepared the forms for their leave.

So Suzy will be leaving to take care of this Awakening task due to you being a Guerre and having just become 25, it is sensible reasoning, I can check that out, but why is Commander Faro with you?

The Center Commander said, asking them.

Unreasonably, I promised to help her, or in laments term, I offer my help to her in any form after she helped me in the Gallant Battle, assistance is always paid full price, that’s what I aim for, at least, and the reasonable one is because she chose me to help her in this. After all, I have a relative that is a Guerre, she said no other Guerres wished to see her about this so she invited me, I immediately agreed since she had helped me in the Gallant Battle, I can’t just ignore that for just everyday task in the Country.

Faro explained to the Center Commander, answering his question.

That’s understandable, and you said that after the Gallant Battle, you left the North section to take a break for 3 days, right? She told you after you arrived here immediately?

The Center Commander asked him.

Yes, because the place I went is from the Southeast, sort of, since it’s a bit to the South than on the Southeast.

Faro answered his question.

Just say in between that.

The Center Commander said.

Right.

Faro said, agreeing to him.

Okay, so how long will this take? A month or a week?

The Center Commander asked them.

Is it possible if it’s a year since I’m going to need all the time I can have since I don’t basically know how long this will take? I have a year to live unless I do this, just do me a favor, please, Commander Ovoid.

Suzy asked as she requests the Center Commander.

Commander Ovoid has been the Commander of the Theist Center for a few decades now, and being the 74th Commander, he is the first Center Commander to last more than a decade.

Commander Ovoid is not just a standard Commander, like all the Commanders, he is also a strong warrior, it is one of the criteria of a Commander, be stronger than those you are ordering as a Commander, and he meets that requirement because he is a War Monk, a retired Monk but he still uses the Monk’s ways because he has been one of the Monk’s strongest and a highly regarded warrior in the Theist Country.

You know, Suzy, I can’t always do all of your favors, I have my own limitations as well, and even if I would pass that, I will be highly punished, I can’t break the trust that the Theist Head put on me after I became the first Center Commander to last for more than a decade, that’s just something I can’t afford to lose.

Commander Ovoid explained, lecturing Suzy about breaking limitations and laws while stamping Suzy’s request to leave for a year.

You say that even though you’re stamping the document.

Faro said.

I am, right, you’re just new about this bitter bond I have with Suzy, I do all of her favors that she doesn’t return, and I cover up her butt whenever the Theist Head finds out about it, this is actually the 3rd time, though this time, she’s asking for a year break to do something important.

Commander Ovoid said, informing Faro about their bitter bond.

It’s not bitter, Commander Ovoid, and it’s not like I’m not returning those favors, why do you think I’m doing more work than usual? Because I always remember that I owe you.

Suzy said, correcting Commander Ovoid.

Then call me Ovoid, then we’ll settle this, but because you will need the Theist Head’s confirmation in this because you are leaving at a crucial time, after the Gallant Battle, so this is going to be different, while you’re there, you should send this to the Center Point for me, to him, when you requested the confirmation.

Commander Ovoid requested as she inform her.

Okay, Ovoid, give me those files; we’ll head to the Center Point now so that we can leave earlier.

Suzy said, accepting his request.

That’s a valuable trade, here; I shall see you in a year, then, Suzy.

Commander Ovoid said as he gives her the document.

Don’t say that, I’ll return immediately if we’re done quickly.

Suzy responded.

Then if you do, you won’t receive any salary from Center Point, you’ll just give me more free time.

Faro told her, unsure of what she just said.

That’s my point; anyway, we’ll leave now, Ovoid, see you later.

Suzy said as she walked out of Ovoid’s office.

That’s smoother than it sounds, they do have a bitter bond between one another, and because Suzy is a stronger warrior, Commander Ovoid doesn’t have a choice, and I presume he wants to establish some sort of close relationship with her as well, I only have to worry about the fact that he was earlier than me.

Faro thought, he’s worried that Commander Ovoid might get ahead of him.

Suzy and Faro then left the Commanders’ Outpost and headed to the Center Point to request the approval and confirmation of Suzy’s unreasonable request.

One year!? Just for this Awakening task, you will be doing?

The Theist Head asked as he was surprised by her request.

I need all the time I can get and if I just request one month or less, then I will be hassled by it and will have to rush it and that will definitely crush my already rotting body.

Suzy said, answering his questions.

*grunt* Being a Guerre is totally a huge pain, I would love to explain my own story about it, but unfortunately I can’t cut my schedules right now, after the Gallant Battle, that is.

The Theist Head said.

So will this request be approved?

Faro asked.

I will do it in a heartbeat, of course, but I need reassurance that Madam Suzy here will return here safely, and, of course, we’ve done this before, can I request something in return, Madam Suzy?

The Theist Head answered Faro’s question, he then asked Suzy a question.

 I won’t accept the Heroine Title; you know that; anything but that, did you forget?

Suzy said, answering the Theist Head’s question by not answering it.

How do you know that!? I’m going to ask if you can help me train my son, I was thinking about it hard now before, and I think that this request of yours, taking a break in one year, is reasonable enough for me to ask you this.

The Theist Head was surprised that she got him, but he asked her something different on the fly.

I didn’t know that the Head has a son, when did that happen?

Suzy asked, surprised about this.

3 years ago, Madam Suzy, and I have a son and a daughter, in just 2 years he will begin his warrior training, and I and my wife have been thinking of having you as his trainer, I believe that this is a perfect time for me to ask you this, I’m not requesting you train my daughter as well since my wife will take care of her, so don’t worry about him.

The Theist Head explained, answering Suzy’s question.

I can’t believe that Madam Suzy already has two acquaintances in the Country, earlier than me and before me.

Faro complained, though he is subtle about it.

Don’t stress too much, Faro, you have the privilege to help me in this quest of mine, and if we are earlier than I anticipated, then you can also go on a long break depending on it.

Suzy said as she soothes Faro’s complaints.

After the Theist Head approved of this request, they then headed to the North section of the Theist Country to exit the Country there.
