The Forgotten Journal
Lena's POV
I found the storage room by accident three days after the duel with Reyna I had taken to walking the less used sections of the pack house in the late afternoon.
The northern wing had two storage rooms marked on the internal layout I had memorised in my first week both listed as inactive.
The first had cleaning materials and broken furniture the second had a lock that had not been properly secured.
I noticed the gap between the door and the frame and pushed it open.
"You are not supposed to be in this wing."
I turned one of the younger pack members stood in the corridor behind me. Sixteen, maybe seventeen, with the look of someone who had been assigned hall monitoring and was not entirely sure how seriously to take it.
