I went into the changing room to try on the dress with the help of the worker. When I came out, Aiden had a worried and confused look on his face.
“What’s the problem?”
“They found the person who stole the moonstone.”
“Moonstone? Huh?” I asked, confused.
“Pack the dress and deliver it to the house.” He instructed the worker, then took my hands and led me outside to the car.
“What moonstone?” I asked again as we settled into the car.
“You know how Katie has been hiding something from you? It is about the moonstone someone stole. Plus, that’s the reason Uncle Zach and Caro’s mum died.” He explained.
