Chapter 32 Waking up early in the morning, blinking and looking out the window from my bed. Sunlight and birds are singing. Strangely, I am not sleepy at all. I feel safe and cheerful. One would think I would have Ryan on my mind or his actions, but I don’t. It’s Shane. I miss talking to him. I miss sending him a good morning text when I wake up. Sadly, I have important classes today that I need to attend, so I can’t get a phone until this afternoon. Without noticing, I closed my eyes and thought back to the last time I saw him yesterday.
