This scene opens with two women (Mbella and Mara) in labour. Both gives birth at the same time but in different wards. Mbella a poor woman light in completion a and of average height gave birth but her child had a complication at the level of the kidney and a huge some of money was needed to treat her baby girl but she didn't have it. At that time a nurse named Jessy proposed to her to exchange her child with Mara' s baby. Mean while was laying unconscious after giving birth to her child since she had lost a lot of blood and she was under going blood transfusion and she had not yet seen her child and her husband was seated next to her filling worried while holding her hands tied. While in Mbella 's room nurse Jessy keeps telling Mbella to exchange the children and Mbella finally accept and Jessy tries by all means and finally exchanges the children. When Mara finally regain consciousness Mbella 's child is brought to her and she kisses her with love and name her Natalia. At that time the doctor informed her of her child's health condition.
