Julissa’s POV When Ashton left, I threw myself backwards on the bed. I hated how he stirred up old feelings. Why couldn’t he just let me live in peace with Roman? Roman hadn’t been gone but a few hours but I was already missing his presence. He didn’t give me any details about what was going on with his pack back home, but I assumed it was pretty pressing for him to have to leave suddenly.
