Chapter 1: "The Return"
The sun had just risen over the horizon when a figure appeared in a deserted field. Kizumi had been transported here, to this strange world, one million years ago. He had been just an ordinary man, a young adventurer seeking excitement and treasure. But, as time passed, he found himself becoming the strongest being in this world. He had all the power, all the knowledge, and all the experience anyone could dream of. But now, he was back in his own world, and it was like he never left. The sky was the same brilliant blue, the air was crisp and clean, and the smell of the grass was just as he remembered. He looked around, taking in the familiar surroundings, but everything was different. A thousand years had passed in this world, and he had missed it all. The world he once knew was gone. He walked towards a nearby village, feeling a sense of nostalgia wash over him. As he entered, he saw that the people were different, their clothes and weapons were strange, and they were all talking about something called 'dungeons' and 'monsters.' He made his way to the local tavern and sat down at the bar, ordering a drink. The bartender, a kind old man, asked him if he was new to the area. The man nodded, and the bartender began to tell him about the world. How dungeons had appeared all over the land, and how monsters roamed the countryside. How people had to band together to survive and how adventurers went into the dungeons to find treasure and protect their villages. The man listened intently, trying to make sense of this new world. He knew that he could help, that he could use his power to make a difference, but he didn't want to. He had sealed his powers, wanting to live a normal life, to just be a regular person. He had enough of fighting, of being powerful, he just wanted to rest. But as the days passed, he realized that his normal life was never going to be possible. Everywhere he went, he saw the fear in the people's eyes, the fear of the dungeons and the monsters. He couldn't ignore it anymore, he had to do something. It was on a particularly dark night, when a group of monsters attacked the village, that he unsealed his powers. He fought the monsters, defeating them with ease, and saving the village. The people cheered, but the man felt no satisfaction, only a deep sadness that he had to use his powers again. From that day on, he traveled from village to village, defeating monsters and sealing dungeons, but always trying to stay in the background, not wanting anyone to know who he really was. But, as word spread of a mysterious stranger who could defeat dungeons, the man realized that his normal life was forever gone. He was, and always would be, the strongest being in this world. The sun had set, and the man was back in the tavern, lost in thought. He didn't know what the future held, but he knew that he would always be fighting, always be using his powers to protect the people. He sighed and took a drink of his ale, knowing that his journey was far from over.
