Ran took off in full speed. She ran as fast as she could but the witches seemed to be closing in on her, pretty fast. As she ran even faster, she couldn't recognize the part of the of the forest she was headed. It all looked creepy and dark, and the trees seemed a lot bigger with fuller leaves shrouded in every corner. The branches were even lower and some got into Raya's eyes as she tried to run past them.
It was difficult to run at top speed in such a place with getting yourself exposed.
Raya decided she took a break. She hid behind of the trees, trying to catch her breath. She slowed her heartbeat down, just in case they cast a supersonic hearing spell to help them find out where she hid.
