Kayla Barnes, the adoptive human daughter of Beta Barnes. She has lived her life sheltered and adored by the wolves of white lotus pack, but not all wolves are the same.

In the outside world, humans are treated like lowlives by the wolves.

Kayla never had to experience any of this, until she got betrayed by her sister Layla and boyfriend Isaac.

Kayla wanted to step into a different world and accepted the admission into Lunacreed College.

With the help of a witch named Hilda, she was able to mask her human scent, thereby avoiding the mistreatment of wolves in college.

What happens when her hurt neighbour next door, Adonis knight, turns out to be the leader of those who humiliates the humans, he's an alpha.

She's a human, and their union is never accepted.

Kayla begins to fall for her hot bully neighbour, and he does the same.

She does all she can to keep her human identity a secret.

All was going well until Isaac also showed up at Luna creed academy.

Will secrets be revealed, how will Adonis react to this? Will he choose to protect her or ruin her like he does to the other humans?

Episode1
Kayla's pov. “Come back home Kayla, we can fix this.” Mom's voice rang through the phone. For the first time in my life, I ignored her plea. I was shattered beyond repair, there was nothing going back home would fix. I pressed my foot on the gas pedal to increase the distance between myself and the home which I have lived all my life. My name is Kayla Barnes, and I am the adopted daughter of Beta Barnes of the White lotus pack. Before we go any further, you must know that I am human, and in this civilised world of ours. Humans are the rated the lowliest. I would say that I was lucky enough to be adopted into a beautiful and loving family like the Barnes. I got everything a girl could ever wish for, the pack members treated me equally as a wolf in their midst. Everything changed when Layla was born, at first things still went smoothly. Until she started yearning for everything that practically belonged to me. As the wonderful big sister that I was, I didn't mind sharing and in most cases, letting her have it all. Not until, she took the one thing that was most cherished to me. My partner, Issac, son of the alpha of White lotus pack. It was her nineteenth birthday and I was holding the perfect gift for my little six. It was meant to be a surprise. Isaac's job was to stall her so she didn't go anywhere. I had returned earlier than planned. Before I could reach Layla’s room, I felt something was off. They weren't having the usual chats before I left. I stopped as my eyes fixed through the slit of the door. “Are you sure she won't be back soon.” It was Layla asking, and she was asking about me. “Yeah, I'm sure she's spend about two hours in the mall, which gives us time to ourselves.” Layla giggled sheepishly. “Ohhh, Isaac, I just love you.” A smooching sound wafted into my ear, that was definitely a kiss and my eyes did see their lips lock. “Love you?” I spat aloud. I didn't even realise I had pushed the door open and shouted. Damn, Layla was in her bra and panties, and I did not even want to imagine what Isaac had under the bedsheet. He was bare from the waist up from what I could see. The present box dropped from my hand as I waited for an explanation from either of them. Isaac's face was already red with embarrassment. “Kayla, it's not what you think, Layla was cold.” “Cold?” I sputtered. The two of them are damn wolves, he can give me a better explanation than that. Layla pouted as she sat on the bed unperturbed. My lips trembled and so did my body as I tried to fight back tears that almost blurred my vision. “How could you?” I faced Kayla's blurry image. “I have always given you everything you wanted, everything.” The tears I was fighting so hard to withhold finally rolled out of my eyes and dropped on my feet. Layla flipped her hair backwards, she wasn't even remorseful that I caught her with my boyfriend. “Isaac, I think it's time we stop the pretense and tell her.” I sniffed back the snort about to drool from my nose. “Tell me what?” Isaac looked away, his eyes avoided mine. “Tell me what, Isaac?” I screamed. “Layla is my mate, and we've been dating for over a year now.” I almost fell backwards, save for the door behind me, I would have fallen flat on my ass “A year.” I repeated. They've been playing me for a fool for over a year and I am just realising it. “I never wanted you to find out this way.” Isaac continued. “I just can't have a human for a mate. It would weaken my position as alpha.” I can't believe he was saying this now, after all the promises he made. That it doesn't matter if I was human, and he'd love me forever. He assured me that being human does not matter. They were just stories to get in my pants. Layla eyed me disgustingly. “You didn't really think that a human would end up as Luna of white lotus pack.” She giggled. “Give up on your dreams sister, Isaac is already mine.” She wrapped her arms around his neck, I could not withstand their horrid display of selfishness and longer. I twirled on my feet, my head almost bobbed against the wall. As I raced for my room, “Arghhhhhhhh.” I screamed at the top of my lungs. My hands reached for my hair and plucked hard until strands fell off. It wasn't enough, I tossed everything in my dresser, and they came clanging on the floor. My eyes caught an envelope, I picked it up in between sobs. It was the admission letter to Lunacreed College. I applied months ago, and surprisingly got in, Isaac had advised me to reject it, as he planned to have our engagement soon. Thankfully, I didn't do as he asked immediately. I can't stay here anymore, not when he has chosen my sister over me. I packed my things and set for Lunacreed College where I would begin my new life. “Kayla dear, your dad has spoken to Isaac and your sister. It won't happen again.” Mom tried to persuade me. No doubt they loved me. They never gave into Layla's selfish lifestyle. It was just me, out of the love I have for her. “My mind is made up mom, I am going to Lunacreed.” “Only wolves attend that college, it won't be like white lotus pack where you are sheltered and loved. How will you survive?” I wasn't sure if humans applied to t hat college, I just wanted to give it a try and it worked. I don't care if that place is hell itself, as long as I am far away from Layla and Isaac.
