I didn’t agree with Iris that we should keep Felicity and Ashton apart. However Iris was raging that Ashton didn’t claim her already and she was like a dog with a bone. I tried to point out that her and Oliver were an exception and Oliver had fallen for her and was fighting her corner before he even knew she was his mate. I felt it gave her unachievable expectations that another wolf would do that. Iris worked in very black and white, where I could see the greys and I guess I wanted the happy ending for them both. I knew Ashton was clueless to Felicity’s gifts, so we didn’t need to worry that he wanted her for those. There was also no generic links to the black wolves and no word of any gifted wolves in the pack. We knew this thanks to Luke’s research.
