How much is too much

“Yea hello tell Human resources to inform everyone that he is on his way, yea ok”. This kind of calls where not uncommon every morning at Time line communication. Time line communication a multibillion dollar company who is into everything communications. The company has a wide segment of departments; from the trendy and classic magazines that involves hot list celebrities, to the day to day social media news article, blogs, daily shows and the like. Aside from being vast the company also has a great Human Resources that provides well for their staffs. The salary is more than decent, with healthcare HMO and each staff get two times all expenses paid vacation to the destination of one’s choice. This made Time line communication stand out and had people dying to get a job even as a janitor in the building. Good morning MR. Christopher, the receptionist greeted. The staffs always wondered why even though he was the CEO he always related to the lowest base of the organization. He wasn't some high end boss who sat up there. Every morning he interacted with the Heads of departments to get a fill in on what their current status was. Some has concluded that he is a workaholic who didn't have anything else going for him. But that morning was different. A tall curvy looking lady walked inside the building just as he was about heading to his office. Her beauty and her braids attracted him and he sat back. She walked up to the receptionist. Hello good morning she greeted. Yea good morning how can I help you? Yea am Nia Williams, I was asked to come today for my interview Oh is that so? Okay please have a seat someone will be with you shortly. Okay thank you. She sat close to Christopher who had already given signs to the receptionist to be conspicuous. Erhm well you know You know you look so fancy and a little overdressed, that suit must be really expensive. Did you buy it specifically for this interview Well he said with a laugh I wouldn't say so So what position are you applying for? A secretary as well? Before Christopher could say anything else the receptionist intervened. Miss Williams this way please. She was done with the interview and was given the job as her Resume was quite compelling. Nia Williams, a stunningly beautiful girl of South Africa origin, was quite surprised as the interview was not as intense as she thought it would be considering the reputation of the company. What she didn't know was that the CEOs curiosity was what distinguished her from other applicants. She went home super excited and couldn't wait to share the news with her family. They had a celebratory dinner and she invited Becca, her best friend since college. The next day at work Nia was directed to the magazine department and she was to serve as the secretary of the Head of department there. She was asked to pick up a delivery outside and she saw Christopher. “Hey it's you the expensive suit guy. Did you get the job as well”? “Erhm excuse you”? Replied Christopher. Okay Tiger what's with the attitude, I was just trying to get to know you okay, you don't have to be a jerk. She said and walked away” His P.A couldn't believe what he just saw; he was both dumbfounded and confused. “Sir do you want me to have her sacked”? “No let her be” Christopher replied Sir did you hear the way she spoke to you “I was here remember, just let it go Gregory. Just get those files I asked for.” “Alright sir” “Did you get the delivery I asked for”? Asked Irene her Head of department “Yes ma'am” “Good I need you to set up a meeting with the actress that we are to interview tomorrow, tell her that the CEO would personally like to take her to dinner after her session with us” “Yes ma'am” “That would be all, you can go” Nia didn't want to go home early, she knew that there wouldn't be much to do at the restaurant that her parents owned as the market was slow. Maybe the restaurant just needed a bit more publicity or people were not really accustomed to the meals despite the reasons she just wanted to go over to Becca's place and unload the days stress. She and Becca talked for a while and she told her about the expensive suit guy who also got a job and now has an attitude. They both laughed over it and discussed the CEO. “ I heard the guy is extremely handsome and weird” “ What do you mean by weird” Nia asked “Well he's rich as f**k, and extremely handsome but rumor has it that he is single and he's not gay what do you think about that isn't it weird”? “Girl you don't work there and yet you have all the tea on the man” “Don't play with me sisBecca laughed “I just wonder why I haven't met him though, the staffs says he likes to be involved in even the simplest things and not an office person” “Well then it's only a matter of time then am I right ? “Yea I guess so”
