CHAPTER 16
Law made his way downstairs with Midnight giggling as he held tightly onto Law's neck, "You do know I can walk, right?"
Nuzzling nose to nose, Law smiled saying, "Maybe so, but I happen to like holding my mate in my arms. Besides, did you ever think I like doing this more for me than for you?"
Midnight's eyes softened as he looked into Law's, "I love you, Law and I like having you and Shaw holding me."
Nuzzling Midnight once more, Law whispered, "That's not all you like us to do."
Midnight's laughter was like eating the best comfort food anyone could want. That sound just made him feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
Entering the dining area, Law was surprised to see everyone was there, except for Hardy, "Hey Em, how are you feeling?"
