The next few weeks are a blur. Jill found out that she starts her residency in June. She said some hospitals it is July, but the Delaware hospital starts their program in June. So Jill is getting ready to graduate early so she can go to the residency.
This sucks, I really wanted her by my side for the draft, but that isn’t possible. She showed me her packet for the residency, she wasn’t kidding, she truly will not have time for anything.
Jill left for the weekend to find housing in Delaware. Only thing that was good was the residency is paid. I didn’t know that. I thought it was like school, but no, this actually like paid training to be a doctor.
