I’m meeting John at one of the local restaurants. God I’m so nervous and I don’t know why. This is John, I have lived with him, I was his girlfriend for a long time.
So I should not be this nervous. It’s not like we've been years apart. We have only been broken up for not even two months.
I feel like I’m going on a blind date meaning I have no idea what I’m going out with. This is crazy!
I pulled into the restaurant, parked my car and took a deep breath before I shut the engine off.
“This is just a simple dinner with John.” I said out loud.
I got out of the car and walked towards the restaurant. There he was, standing outside, waiting for me.
It’s amazing John takes my breath away. He isn’t dressed fancy. He is in just jeans and a nice polo shirt, yet he looks so damn handsome.
