I was in the kitchen trying to cook dinner for me and Eric. I had just come off of a 48 hour call and had the next three days off for a nice long weekend.
Life has been busy for both Eric and me. Sometimes due to my calls and his football schedule we literally were two ships passing in the night.
It was chaotic sometimes. I would come home from spending two days at the hospital for him to be gone for a few days because of an away game. We were making our relationship work despite the crazy schedules.
Eric secured his spot with the Steelers. Due to an injury, he actually got to start, which he was very nervous about because he is new and the pro’s is different then college football too.
