“Are you nervous?” Liam asked me as he sat down next to me in the auditorium of our Alma mater.
I turned to look at him and raised my eyebrow at him. “Why would I be nervous?” I asked him.
“I thought… aren’t you going to…what did I miss?” Liam questioned me.
I laughed. I knew what he was referring to. He didn’t know I changed my mind.
“I’m not proposing to Andi today. I thought about it, and well, she worked hard to graduate and well, I don’t want to take away from that. Her graduating from here is a celebration she deserves.” I told him.
“But you are going to ask her to marry you?” Liam asked.
“Yeah, just not today.” I said as I spotted Mikey coming towards us.
