Jill and Eric retired to their room. Chris went to his room for his nightly chat with Jimmy. So left just me and John.
“I’m in the mood to watch a movie.” John said to me.
“Oh, I will watch one with you. Not really feeling like I need to sleep like everyone else.” I told him.
“Well, let’s go to the home theatre room. But I’m warning you, I want to watch this action thriller movie.” John said.
“I’m fine with that. If it gets scary I might turn my head and close my eyes, so don’t laugh.” I told him.
John laughed and said, “You sure you want to take that risk? I might tease you.”
“I’m sure.” I told him.
We headed to the home theatre room as John called it. Sat down in the theatre style reclining chairs.
“What movie are we going to watch?” I asked him.
“The Meg.” He said.
