Today, I admit, was a range of emotions for me. First Jill surprised me, then finding out she was pregnant, then I found out she actually miscarried the baby.But right now, I know I need to put my feelings aside, Jill needs me.
I still had Jill in my arms when I realised we were in a diner. I think it might be better to go back to the condo so we could really have a talk.
“Come on, let’s go see our place. We can talk there better.” I told her.
Jill sniffed and quietly said, Ok.
I put money on the table and took her by the hand and led her out of the diner. We got in my car and headed to where I lived.
