“Vanessa, I believe you should reason this a lot more carefully… you really do not know this guy for you to decide to do this.” Jackson voiced his disapproval. “For all we know, he might turn out to be dangerous behind closed bars.”
I sighed as I looked out the window. “I expected that from you.”
“Forgive me, Vanessa but I can't let you walk into hell blindly. I have to do my best to stop you.”
A laugh escaped past my lips as I turned around. “Hell? You call being with my children and my husband hell?”
