Xavier and I left before the medical examiner and the CSU team got to the crime scene. I need to talk to Chief Lewis and let him know what was going on. “Xavier, can you please stay in the car, I wanna be in and out quickly. We need to talk to the Tribe, I want to get as much information about Agent Johnston as possible, given the fact that we just handed our daughter over to him! Chief needs to know what is happening so that we can put an Amber alert out for our daughter.” I was barely holding it together as it was, I didn’t need any more distractions.
Xavier reluctantly agreed to remain in the car, pouting. “I will let you do what you need to do but just know that I am not the enemy. Chancey is OUR daughter, I want to find her just as badly as you do.”
