Chapter one: The portal
Raymond stood in front of the closed portal. His mother was beside him, tears in her eyes. "Son... when you get to the overworld, you need to find Nori the Moth." his mother sighed before opening the portal. As he entered it, he felt a deep rage in the back of his mind. As fast as he'd entered, he'd arrive. The city was much bigger than he'd thought, with cars a people bustling everywhere. He snuck by an alley and settled there long enough for an old lady to walk up to him, offering him a sandwich. "I heard there was a boy here. Hello? are you hungry?" She smiled. She was blind, but her eyes were pearly blue. He gently took the sandwich and thanked her. "Child, I live not far from here. I'll take care of you." she murmured. He followed her, and with that, he'd already found a home. It didn't take long for him to get settled and acquainted. The old lady's name was Tulip. Raymond never separated from her and even ran errands for her. Then, one day, she was gone. There was only blood. He was framed a few days later. He had decided to hide in a cabin far away. He cried that night. Then knocks were heard.
