It Started With Request

Chapter one Eva I was completely focused on my favorite novel, not even aware of my surrounding. Now you can't blame me I mean who didn't love vampire academy. Well it's maybe only me whatsoever. But I am huge fan of it and I guess I can read it my hole life and can't get enough of it. I almost have lost track of time. Just then my phone buzzed,indicating time of dinner will start in 5 minutes. It's our routine to at least have dinner together. It can't be avoided. My mom is well known architect, so most of her day time she is quite busy with her client and designs. She has busy schedule. Dad is also well known business man and he is as busy as mom at day time, so it's just night time where we can spend some family time. To make up for all day. Even I have tight schedule myself. Morning class of business 1st year then my part time job so I'm not dependent for my expenses but also not independent for my tuition fee. I earn so I can shop, some money to save for future and some for donations for women welfare fund. I have to leave my lovely book for a while with a promise that I'll be back to it. As I was about to go my smartphone buzzed again it is a notification of Friend book strange! I hardly use Friend book. I don't know what it is cause my apps are encrypted.I remember that we have an assignment. I just hope it's not a message from any of my group mate. I don't want to discuss about it now at time of dinner. It reminds me I should be downstairs now or else's I'll be one served as dinner other than eating dinner. So everything can wait !! I need to rush as I was on my way I heard "Eva are you coming or should I give ur dinner to brownie" Tada that's my mom so punctual. "On my way mommy" I replied. Brownie my cutie dog is always hungry, but I really wanna have my dinner. Urggg! Why she didn't just wait for few seconds. Now I'm gone cause it's third time in a row I'm late all because of that stupid notification. As usual mom gave me a look that said " ur dead". Ironically I'm not dead though. "Hey mommy" I hugged her as she was severing dad my favorite bagels. By seeing it my tummy growled loudly I then realized I'm damn hungry. I kissed dad on check and settled on left chair adjacent to head chair helped my self with bagels and some juice. "How was ur day princess" daddy asked to which I gave him a boring face and said "as usual". From many day's I'm convincing him to let me go for a sleep over at my bffs house but he would not budge. So I'm going to act cold towards him although I love him a lot and to be honest I'm totally daddy's girl but I don't get his overprotective nature. "Ah! So my princess is gona be cold towards me" I didn't respond and continued eating. "Well I was thinking if today my baby girl will be acting good towards her daddy" he spoke as if I'm a 5 year old baby "l'll take her to musical" he declared. I was dumfounded omg! I really want to go. My head snapped up. "But I think she don't -" No, not at all I wanna go. I really wanna go. I'm huge fan of music and I was waiting for this big musical but unfortunately I didn't have any enough penny to get ticket and I don't ask money form my parents for my social fun. Ticket is so expensive that my whole salary us not enough and I can't put whole salary in it. Even if do it is not enough after including my 2 year's saving. So I gave up all my hope in it, but now I see ray of hope. "It's was a good day" I said before he can even continue and with that everything thing was forgotten. With laughter and chatter we ate dinner and I helped mommy for dishes and got dessert for all. Well it was all to show that I'm in good mood so dad will take me to musical. I'll really wanna go there. With that thought I went up and with big smile crept under cover's. "s**t the notification".
