Kaya POV After listening to Alex, I was deep in meditation. He made it clear that I was not to approach Kaya. But I was eager to speak with her and meet her. Nothing has been forgotten since the day I was discovered with Kaya, especially Kaya's eyes, leaving her alone to confront the problem. I was spared by her folks. But they've beaten her, and I can't picture what she's been through. I can't move on with my life if I'm still thinking about her. If I had to offer anything to bring her back into my life, I would gladly do it. She is the source of my happiness and the love of my life. I used to be a coward and abandon her here, but this time neither her parents nor my friends will be able to separate us. When I saw her at the new year's eve party, I sighed deeply and opened her images in my phone, kissed the pictures, and muttered quietly, "This time I am not leaving you." When I accessed Facetime on my social media account, an unknown message appeared, asking whether I was okay. ~K I was ecstatic when she messaged me. Then I respond to her message by saying, "I'm good, how are you?" "I wanted to talk with you," my mother said as she walked into my room and unlocked the door. I squinted my eyes and sat down on the bed. "Son, I wanted to talk with you about Kaya," she said with a smile, "I know we haven't talked about her since that day." I was surprised that she hadn't mentioned Kaya before, and now that she has, it indicates that something significant is going on. I clasped her hands in mine and murmured, "Dear Mother, Why are you bringing her up today?" She muttered, "At home, Kaya is subjected to a barrage of insults. On that day, I believed her mother when she said she was a characterless woman who had ensnared you for amusement." I couldn't believe her own mother had spoken these things. I was enraged, and my loathing for her mother became stronger. I knew she was a selfish and deceitful woman, but she was also a lousy mother who slandered her own daughter. My thoughts were interrupted by my mother's sobbing. "I have a remorse because your Uncle Marco can get upset," she murmured, "but please try to correct your error and bring plant and Kaya into our home." I also want her back in my heart, relieved that at the very least my mother will not be a schism between us. She got to her feet and opened the ancient cupboard, pulling out a box. "What's inside in the box?" I asked her, raising my brows as she looked at the package. When she opened it, she saw papers that looked like letters. I scowled and picked up one of the papers, only to discover that it had been written by Kaya. Zaan, Today I was missing you. I haven't spoken to you or seen you in over a hundred days. However, Ashi shows me your images on Facetime, and I am relieved to learn that you are doing well. I'm sending this letter in the hopes that you will read it and join me one day. If you've moved on, that's fantastic; what matters to me is that you're happy. I was taken aback when she wrote me letters over the years and returned my gaze to my mother. "I kept these letters so that when you returned, you could read them and realise her love for you." Then she opened another smallto box, which contained a titan watch with a large dial number and a silver tint. "She is a nice girl and she would be a good wife and a very good daughter-in-law," she said, her face glowing with love and adoration. I gave her a friendly grin and nodded. She gave me a hug and a pat on the shoulder "Be a successful person so that we can ask her for her hand in marriage, so concentrate on your goal and work hard before she marries someone else. Kaya's mother only saw her position and greed, not her happiness ".. I nodded in agreement to her assertion and murmured, "Kaya's mother has never supported her or shown her the love and care she deserves. I hope she receives something in return ".. She gave me the boxes with a chuckle. "I love her and would do anything to have her back in my life," I exclaimed. My mother was amused by my statements, but I was flustered when I realised I had confessed my affections for Kaya to her. She walked out of the room with a huge grin on her face. I read every single one of her letters, and my heart was overflowing with love and flattery. I was overjoyed to learn that she had been waiting for me, and I resolved to make everything special for her this time. Then I took out my phone and noticed a message (damn, I forgot she'd messaged me). I wore the watch Kaya had given me with a smile on my face. I send her a message, and Kaya responds. OK, I'll attempt to be online later in the evening; I'd like to speak with you. Please let me know if you have any issues. I was overjoyed by her remarks, which indicated that she still loved me. I had to go to Uncle Marco's business project today in the evening. He urged me to come to this meeting so that I could learn about the project. I would talk to her if I hadn't already committed him. Not only that, but I have a feeling she was having difficulties. That's why I inquired, although I knew she wouldn't readily answer. After half an hour, I was getting into the car with Uncle Marco, but we came to a halt because a car had parked in the middle of the road, and we were waiting for it to be moved. Outside the window, I noticed Kaya standing with Kosho, as well as a girl whose face was obscured and a boy. I could remark that the way the boy looked at Kaya was different, and that stares are for appreciation and affection. Kaya looked stunning in her cream gown. Her eyes, however, were crimson, indicating that she had cried. I wanted to punch whoever had made her cry, but she looked so scared that I had to talk her down and put a smile on her face.
