Sitting across from Rowan’s parents, I couldn’t help but feel the sweat in my palms as nervousness took over and I didn’t want to make any bad impressions today. After Rowan and I recovered from our short kiss session, they ushered us inside with a teasing undertone and made us sit in the lounge area for some ‘small talk’. Rowan’s father or Damon Green, the one Rowan copied his features from, looked at me warmly. Heck, Rowan is a copy of him. The older was a retired policeman. I'm sure Rowan followed in his father's footsteps. They looked exactly the same minus the silver hair lining his head and the warmth he radiated.
