Since I am well aware of Amaya’s past, I understand his worries. But if I understood correctly, Amaya seemed to not mind about the younger female’s presence. She even brought her home, despite Rowan’s negative opinion. I think she mentioned the lady to us when we talked about her past during the hen night.
As far as my memory serves, I don’t think I ever heard Amaya talking negatively about the female. In fact, Amaya opened how she was worried about the younger's condition when they met in Boston. Since the place they met was at a graveyard and talked about Lionel’s awful act.
