Jason carried Vern's suitcase into the car. Together with Yuri, Jason brought Vern to lunch at the famous ramen restaurant, Marutama Ramen, at Plaza Senayan, not far from General Sudirman's street. After eating, Jason drove Vern to the Mid Plaza hotel room, a five-star hotel in the same area as The Plaza Residence.
"Oooooh! Are you crazy? This is bloody expensive!" exclaimed Vern, amazed by his hotel room. For the first time, this was his first experience of staying at a five-star hotel.
"Please have a rest, Vern. I'll pick you up around 7 pm for dinner. Have a nap. You are still jet lag," Jason said as he stepped out of the hotel room.
Before separating, Jason had already given Vern a cellphone with a new number so that communication was done through that cellphone.
