I sat beside her, watching as she slept. The image of the butterfly tattoo on her back occupied my mind. How was it even connected to her? I wanted to get up and check it, but I couldn't leave her side now. I had to call Jai to let him know not to wait any longer; I wouldn't make it there. It must have been tiring for her.
