Smothered but smooth. Jerald and Dianna weren't feeling strained when they were finally able to settle after the first few days of the parties, settlements over land disputes and so much more. Now they felt relieved and almost stress free. Dianna wondered what gave her family the idea to come down south and visit that party. That day would have been perfect. except for that uncomfortable encounter with the unlikely pair. She knew something was amiss. Her friend Atenia Veroque never showed any interest in the likes of her father. in fact she personally loathed the man for what he allowed to happen to Dianna when she was younger. The year Dianna turn thirteen, she shifted into her Minx form and then her feral Bear form. the day it happened was beautiful and ominous. The father she loved disappeared that day. He became even more distant than he already had been but with coldness filling him as he spoke to her with anger. Alcanan made it known to everyone that she was not as precious as she should have been to him. Dianna soon was said but wouldn't change her statement. His best friend Belon had r***d her. he waited til she was passed out from her shifts and r***d her. Dianna couldn't fight back after she woke from simultaneous shifts back to back. Father of the year Alcanan sent her with his best friend Belon to shift in the mountains. He was supposed to be her uncle but something changed dramatically. Belon took Dianna to the forest between the lake and the mountains and did the unthinkable. Dianna shivered thinking about that day. the horrible event even haunted her dreams at night. She felt disgusted, horrified andsoon after she lost her trustin her family. Now, she was sitting on a porch near a lake with her barefeet hanging from a porch swing, she would have shifted into a mountain lion and ran through the forest but Jerald would not let her out of her sight. Every year on her birthday she would shift and leave for the mountains but she started going alone after Belon mutilated her body. Some nights on her birthday, a cold clammy sweat would wake her. She sometimes could feel him ripping her clothes from her body and kissing her bosom while placing his manhood inside her innocent area. The man thrust her insides so much that he ripped the little space between her legs. "no!" Dianna screamed from the memory. Dianna had dozed off to sleep. Jerald stood by the swing and before he could sooth her, she slapped his hand away. Jerald thought they were past the trust issues but he was further from the truth than anything. He was in Oblivion when it came to her darkness living in her heart. "I brought you some chamomile tea. It will help you relax. I noticed you were here and I thought to keep you company before we leave for Lake Boudreaux." Jerald gave her a lite smile, but he didn't press her further about her discomfort. Dianna was already sensitive and fragile and he couldn't afford losing any more of what gap he was trying to fill. Dianna apologize," Sorry, I have nothing to offer but I will accept the tea for now." Jerald sat across the ledge and watched her drink it. "No worries. I have no needs. You have have solved all my business issues related to my properties. This is only a small token. " Jerald had a softness added to his husky voice and that smile was to die for. Demon or not, Dianna couldn't resist him. "Jerald, why do you have a need for a specific wife? I'm curious when women literally fawn after you." She really was curious but she thought about him. Jerald was definitely soft hearted and kind. He didn't emit his Demonics or his aura because it made her own body and auras uneasy. He had full control at all times. Dianna was truly impressed by the man standing before her. " You, Dianna Godorah, were the only woman in my eye from the first time I saw you. It can only ever be you. I swear it." Jerald eyes were glowing but not in a way that is menacing. Dianna almost flipped over in the porch swing as Jerald stepped closer to her. In the moment her body slipped backwards, Jeralds big arms wrapped around her waist and lifted her into his embrace. her hazel eyes were almost lusting after the man with his gentle but firm grip against her body. They slowly stepped apart and Dianna almost whimpered from losing his touch. None would be able to recognize the reactions they were having except Dianna's racing heart and hitched breath. She started hiccuping and blushed... Jerald simply walked away with a faint smile growing on his face, and left Dianna to her thoughts. He would have no other woman as his wife. She was all he needed. Ashrina and Serene began packing all the luggage and clearing out the temporary abode they were staying in for the past few days. The hotel was nice at first but Jerald didn't want to stay any longer after Atenia and Alcanan made their presence known that day. There was so much confusion in Dianna and wanted to clear it up. Jerald only stated, " My beloved, you must not worry with that nonsense. We are not here for them." Then he would move onto the next subject of business that was keeping him an me busy. A corporation as large as this with many pieces of protected properties was no hassle for Dianna but she did yearn for a break and wanted to understand the man on her side. It was taking less time to broker deals with various companies than the time it took her to converse with Jerald and his personal life. Dianna hoped this trip to Lake Boudreaux would be the final trip for a while. Her braincells felt as though they were going to scramble any minute. Everything was cleaned and packed away. Finally they were leaving Texas. The driver started the limo. Jerald opened the door for Dianna and she said to the other side and Jerald followed suit. Ashrina and Serene got in through the mid section. When they were ready and Dianna fell asleep....they were headed towards Louisiana border. ********************Jerald POV************************************** Dianna is hiding something from me. I can not place my mind around it. Before we left I felt it. I felt the tainted aura that was lying dormant inside of her. it can not be mistaken. I am a Demon and even though I wasn't born this way, I am able to sense others darkness. Dormant or not It must come out. Dianna physical form is celestial and beastly, so in truth darkness is dangerous for her body. once darkness serious into your aura, when you are a celestial being,
