Who are you?

Over the next few days, Adam and I got to know each other pretty well. We had a lot in common, and surprisingly he was only 21. We had the same sense of humor, and our wolves got along pretty well. His wolf was not as large as mine, but had a very deep red color with gold eyes and his front right paw was white. I had made the decision to leave and Adam insisted on coming with me. He said he had grown attached to me, and wanted to see me take Marcus down. We had been training every day and I could feel myself getting stronger and my body changes reflected it. The long days outside training and working had given me a glowing tan, accentuating the freckles on my face. My hair was a lighter bleached out red due to the sun as well.  I woke up the morning we had decided to leave; pulling on a pair of black leggings with a white crop top, my black Nike hat, and black worn Adidas shoes, throwing my hair into a loose braid. We packed up our bags and made some sandwiches for the road. We put the fire out in the fireplace, shut off all the lights, and left, leaving the front door unlocked. Someone else could use this cabin if they found it. We packed our clothes in our bags and shifted, putting the bags in our mouths and trotting off towards the city to the north of these lands. Adam had friends there he said would help us. They weren't rogues, they belonged to a pack, but they lived on their own in the city. Not many wolves live like this, but a few prefer it this way to give them more privacy from what can be a stuffy pack environment. Coming to the outskirts of the city, we dropped the bags and went behind trees to shift. We had been around each other awhile now, and even though being naked is a naturally occurring thing for wolves, I was still pretty shy. I had never been naked in front of anyone, and didn't plan to start now. Adam was super respectful of that, and said it would be weird since he viewed me like a little bratty sister.  When we were both dressed, we both came out from behind the trees and walked quietly towards the city. I loved the fact that we had gotten to the point that words were not a necessary thing between us. We could walk in complete silence and be totally ok with it. I had picked up more about his past, and the fact that his father was a warrior in his pack, and his mother was the Luna's assistant. When the son took over, he was power hungry and even the Luna could not keep her son from waging war on every surrounding pack. It cost them a lot of pack warriors, including Adam's father. That was the last straw, and why he left in the middle of the night without a word to anyone. I couldn't say I blamed him, although I know it had to have been hard to leave his mother. We came to a busy main street with people sitting outside coffee shops and wandering down the road enjoying the sunshine and some shopping. Adam headed straight for the bus stop, lightly holding my elbow so we didn't get separated. The next bus came a few moments later and we walked up the stairs behind two humans. Adam slipped money in the box inside the door for both of our tickets and walked towards the back of the bus. He plopped down in a seat on the back row and looked up at me, patting the seat next to him. I plopped down next to him and dug through my bag grabbing us each a sandwich for the ride. The bus drug on for about a half hour before coming to a stop in a suburban area on the opposite side of the city. Adam zipped up his bag and mumbled to me that this was our stop and we both stood up to leave. I slipped my bag over my shoulder and pulled my hat down. Once we were off the bus Adam walked towards an apartment building on the street across from us. I followed, speeding up to catch up with him. The tall brick building was not fancy by any means, you could tell it had some age. The sidewalk leading up to the building had some weeds coming through the cracks and the landscaping hadn't seen care in a year at least. Vines climbed the bricks and rested in the cracks of the building, and the paint on the apartments that had a patio entrance was worn and faded. We entered through the front glass door and climbed the stairs, stopping at number 5. Adam pushed me behind him and knocked on the door. "Stay behind me, princess. They're friendly enough, but they're not very trusting at first. I don't want you to be the first thing they see and they throw you down the stairs or something." I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms in front of my chest, but obeyed. I heard footsteps behind the door and the locks turned. The door opened slightly and I could see a woman gazing out at us warily. Her eyes grew wide and she shouted "Cripes, Adam. Where have you been?!". She threw the door open and walked inside inviting him to follow her.  He glanced back at me and nodded towards the door indicating us to go in after her. I adjusted the bag on my shoulder and slowly walked in after him. He walked confidently inside and down the hallway. When we entered the kitchen was to the right and a closet to the left. As I walked further, the living room was at the end of the hallway, and the bathroom off to the left before you entered the living room. Adam walked into the living room and I could see the back of two large men and the woman sitting in a chair to the right of the couch. The TV sat on a stand facing the couch and the hallway. The room was pretty empty other than that. The woman looked up and saw me and glanced at Adam. "Who the h*ll is this? Adam you didn't say you brought anyone." She glared at him, rising slightly and getting half into a defensive pose. "This is Olivia. She is the rightful Alpha of the Red Moon pack and my new traveling buddy. Don't worry, Addy. She's not going to kill you in your sleep." He plopped down lazily next to the two men on the couch as they looked back at me curiously. I stood awkwardly as their eyes scrutinized me. I shifted my legs and gripped my bag strap, ready to drop it if they came at me. Addy sighed heavily and pointed to the two men on the couch. "I'm Addy, that's Shawn and the big oaf on the end is Alex, my two brothers. Come sit down and quit standing there like an id*ot." I raised my eyebrow at her in warning and set my bag down next to Adam's. Aly growled in my head. These were not ranked wolves, and she didn't appreciate the name calling. Neither did I. "So what are you guys doing here and why did you call me saying you needed a place to crash?" She leaned back in the chair and crossed her arms over her chest. Adam leaned forward and looked at her. I saw her blush a bit but she kept her poker face in tact. Was there history there? I'm sure Adam had his share of the ladies. He's pretty handsome, after all. Aly huffed in my head. 'Don't even think that. He's basically a litter mate, Olive.' Aly thought her nickname for me was adorable, but I found it slightly annoying. That only made her want to use it more. "I called you because you are the pack outside of  Red Moon, but I can't risk taking her to the pack house just yet. Your Alpha Demetrius is good allies with them and I don't want them to alert Marcus that she's coming. You are the best warrior I know, and Olivia needs to train with someone who has taken down a Beta before." Addy shifted her eyes to me and narrowed them. She looked from one side of my face to the next and I could tell she was studying my unique eye colors. She glanced at her brothers. "Look at her eyes. Do you think....I mean...could she be?" The one she called Alex shifted forward on the couch and stared at me with a frown. His eyebrows raised and he turned back to his sister. "There's only one way to find out. We need to see her wolf."
