Ignacio walked slowly inside the hallway, he had his eyes caged forward ignoring the countless painting that is hanged on the wall, chandeliers light up the hallway with magic crystal as its light source that shines out soft golden light the same color as the chandeliers, beautiful and soft carpet were placed on the floor that is comfortable to the touch, Ignacio smells it the smells of royalty and luxury and what does that smell mean? It means glory and victory, and Ignacio likes it as it means his commander is confident that he could take on the enemy, only those who are strong enough dare to flex their wealth, this makes him proud and happy as he smiles while he's walking in the hallway.

After a while, Ignacio arrives in front of a double door with beautiful carvings made out of ornate gold, and red blood metal, it is mighty and imposing as it will pressure those who have never seen it before, this is one of Jin Sung strategy if he ever needs to be in a negotiation inside his office he would like to be the one who had the upper hand, and Ignacio likes it as his smile gets wider to picture his feelings.

Ignacio knocks on the door twice before Jin Sung's voice comes from inside."Come in!" Ignacio pushes the door open and walks slowly to Jin Sung's desk while the door closes by itself, Ignacio was dazzled by the office, but he can't embarrass himself in front of Jin Sung so he holds of himself and his eyes caged forwards with a stiff expression."Sir, Lieutenant Ignacio report!" Ignacio saluted before he put his hands down and change into a rest parade position, he knows that Jin Sung sometimes is annoyed to follow the procedures, this includes saluting back, talking on the radio, etc, even though he's the one who created it in the first place.

Jin Sung smile in joy, he is satisfied with Ignacio because he always knows how to make him happy, maybe it's because he lived in a sect that forces him to understand other people but Jin Sung didn't care much about that."What do you have?" Jin Sung asks.

"The recruits have adapted to their new life and it's only a matter of time before they are ready to fight, but there is a problem,"

"Of course there is, you come here to bring a problem for me to solve, so what is it?" Jin Sung asks jokingly.

"The Non-Cultivator soldiers are too weak compared to the Cultivator soldiers, this makes them bullied in the army, and even though I strictly tell them not to, I still feel that some NCS is still bullied,"

Jin Sung nod a few times, understanding that the situation is serious."Well, tell the NCS that they are allowed to shoot if they are bullied, but don't allow them to kill!"

Ignacio nods feeling that the solution is logical, he had some ideas but he didn't want to disrespect Jin Sung by expressing them."We also need more gym sir, we have an influx of soldiers that they have to wait in line before they can train themself, this includes the shooting range, swimming pool, and track field stadium,"

Jin Sung was surprised when he heard this."Do they have to wait in line to use the track field stadium?" the track field was 600m x 575m in size, which was much bigger than any track field he has ever seen back on earth.

"Yes sir," Ignacio confirm Jin Sung's thought

Jin Sung looks towards Ignacio."How many soldiers do we have in total?" Jin Sung can't believe that the track field is not big enough.

"Learn it and teach it to the others, this book has information about training, strategy, mental preparation, and many more, you can explore the book by yourself!"

Ignacio receives the book respectively."Yes sir!"

"Alright, you can leave now if you don't have anything else to report!" Jin Sung waves his hand.

Ignacio snaps to attention before he saluted and leaves, Jin Sung sighs as he leans on his chair and closes his eyes."I hope that book can make my army smarter!" Jin Sung bought that book from the system in the communication and information section, the first time he bought information he thought that it would be in the English language, who would've thought that it would be in Frasbanda language which is the language in this world, yes world because apparently according to Ignacio everyone speaks in Frasbanda, Jin Sung didn't know how to read and he was embarrassed if he has to ask Ignacio to teach him, luckily Leslea came into being and she teaches him the language which to her surprise Jin Sung learn very fast and able to read and write in a matter of days when Leslea praised him about it he laughs in glee and said."This is the power of high IQ, you monkeys wouldn't understand a thing" before he laughs like a madman while enduring the weird gaze Leslea gave.

The book that Jin Sung give to Ignacio is very self-explanatory, it teaches you how to be a good soldier, it tells you how to properly use your gun which can increase the accuracy of his soldiers and more accuracy means more kill, it also has a unique training routine to effectively and efficiently improve the soldier's physique, strategy and mental preparation means that his soldiers aren't a mere pawn, if they were put in the right place they can deal devastating damage to the enemy, each of his soldiers would be an elite force that the enemy had to wary of.

Jin Sung loves to use strategy and tactic rather than pure strength, in the past he would read or watch a historical video about war, and the military this is why he has many ideas that he couldn't wait to show to the world, only Azor the commander of Aegexor can rival him in a military tactic, like Jin Sung he also trains each of his soldiers effectively, he focuses on strategy and deception rather than numbers and strength which other generals and commander tend to focus on, even Jin Sung almost got defeated by Azor.

"Sir, may I come in?" a voice comes from the door, Jin Sung glances towards the door before he fixes his posture and replied."Come in!" the door creak heavily and slowly revealing a thin and good looking man, he wore a cultivators robe that seems to blend in the environment, if you put this guy in a crowd it would be hard to notice him, this is Joseph who has proof for his capability of espionage, infiltration, and interrogation. As a reward for his achievement, Jin Sung had positioned him as the leader of the CIA, with his leadership and teaching, the agents of the CIA is getting better in their arts of espionage, this makes it easier to gather information and confirming real information, Jin Sung's experience against Azor makes him wary of false information.

"Sir, Perfect Phantom reports!" Joseph saluted while he smiles, probably out of habit because he has to change his personality when he infiltrates other places that require him to smile.

Jin Sung nod."What is it?"

"Yes, sir, the emperor of Theulux had gathered more than 10,000 Foundation Building low stages soldiers, 1,000 Foundation Building middle stages, and 6 Foundation Building peak stages,"

"Are they stronger than the 10,000 soldiers before?" Jin Sung didn't quite understand how strong each stage of cultivation presented, he wishes it was more like a game where strength was presented by numbers in stats because that would be easier.

Joseph nod with a smile on his face."Far stronger sir, if they fight head-on with the Aegexor army, the Aegexor would surely lose, even if the Aegexor numbered more than 70,000 troops,"

Jin Sung nods, now he understands a bit of it."I'm guessing the emperor still increasing his soldiers as we speak?"

"They might win in a frontal battle but Azor rarely does that, I'm confident that even the emperor realizes that and will keep on amassing soldiers until he is satisfied with the quantities, I'm sure Theulux empire is not a problem, what about other Empires?"

"There seems to be no movement in the nearby kingdom, sir, but other cities under Theulux's control are preparing to moves and they seem to want to go all out this time," Joseph statement is correct as it involves the rebellion from BrinePort City which has the legendary Aegexor army under its controls the emperor must make a serious preparation if he didn't want his throne to be taken, and so he ordered other cities to go all out to prepare, resources such as artifacts, pills, armor, weapons, war mounts are all being used for war. This war will be a huge one as it involves several cities.

Jin Sung nods in relax as he did not worry about the enemy too much."Alright, I understand, do you have anything else to report?"

"No sir,"

"Then before you leave take this book!" Jin Sung handed out a book that looks the same as the books that he handed to Ignacio only the title is different.'How to be a good spy'

Joseph takes the book and looks at it for a moment before he glances towards Jin Sung and left after he saluted.

"Ahh, being a leader of an organization is so tiring, I miss my days where I can freely surf the internet to look for entertainment" Jin Sung leans on his chair as he complains before he took his wine glass and sip it.
