“How did it go?” I asked Maria, as soon as she entered inside my room.
(Maria is the witch)
She sighed before sitting on the couch in front of me.
“I am not sure. I did my work. But I am not sure whether this time it will work or not” she said to me.
My hands curled into fists as I closed my eyes for a second and took a deep breath.
“How did his wolf took control? I am sure he is not marked yet” I asked her after opening my eyes.
“ I told you already, that his mate can help him in breaking the spell. It was bound to happen. Now I have placed another spell on him. But we will have to wait and see, whether it will work or not” she said firmly.
“You can leave” I said to her. She nodded her head and left the room.
