There wasn't much to do in Adrian's absence. Lisa spent the entire day in her room going through some of the books Elena had brought her as a source of entertainment. She only just found out not long ago that the prince had prohibited her to have even the slightest access to technology. She had no idea why he would do that.

Suzy had been the only friend she had, it had been very difficult adjusting to her new life without having her friend around.
