I woke up rubbing my eyes from sleep that morning. The ringing of my phone had woken me up. I cursed as I switched off the alarm beside me. Adele was still sleeping peacefully beside me. I didn't sleep at Alexander's room the last night. I had to do that to avoid soiling the surprise I had for him.
It's Alexander's 24th birthday and I already had something planned for him. Although, he was unaware of everything planned. Adele had made sure it was so. I chuckled inside of me as I remembered Adele's playful threat. In her own words, she would have my head if Alexander got to know about any of the surprise I had for him.
