"So, you mean your father wasn't actually your father but like a step dad?" Alexander asked, trying to comprehend everything I had written in the text.
I nodded affirmatively to answer his question. Adele looked like she was still in awe by all I had typed.
"Did you see anything about your actual dad?" Adele asked.
"No, just that my mom was scared of him and Ruby hated him." I texted and they nodded.
