Alexander's POV
Upon getting to Khloe in the woods, she was being attacked by god-damned rogues. We destroyed them and Khloe still wouldn't come with me. The pain in her eyes made my heart ache terribly. My head ached horribly as she turned to leave. Not making the same mistake again, I followed her as fast as I could though she moved at a speed I couldn't understand. It hurt that she showed herself only to be that fast when trying to get away from me. It hurt badly.
On getting back to the pack house, Georgia and her pack had made themselves very comfortable and it annoyed me. She gave me a smug smirk when I got in. I ignored her and dashed to my office, shifted back to my human form and wore a robe.
"Come in." I responded before Elias could knock. His stench got stronger.
