It felt kind of strange to be driving around with Trey, but at the same time, Sloane was damn glad to be far away from Liz Walker’s house. And actually, just knowing that Trey was interested in a girl from Sturgis helped a lot as well. She didn’t have to worry about him having designs on her, not when he clearly wasn’t any more interested in his prima’s matchmaking than she was.
