The next morning, Jeremy was up bright and early, mostly because he knew that South Dakota was an hour ahead of Arizona and he didn’t want to miss a single second of the chaos he’d just unleashed on Liz Walker. Sure, he’d drained Garrett Walker’s accounts as well, but as far as he could tell, Sloane’s biological father didn’t have any large transactions looming in the next couple of days. It might take him a while to figure out his bank balances weren’t quite as plump as they used to be, unless he was the sort of person to check them every day.
