“No, now isn’t the time to talk about this. Days or even a week ago, hell, maybe when Raven showed up here would have been a good time, but you think now is a good time to talk about it?” Chance says to his father with a bit of spitefulness in his tone, telling me whatever he discovered on his own he knows now that his father had been keeping things from him.
“Son, everything I have done is to protect you and your brothers, along with Raven. I didn’t want to see history repeat itself.”
