At first, I was pissed when Mazie confessed that they had opened my phone, but then when she explained how jealous Chance got at seeing the picture of Jacob and me together, I couldn’t help but burst out laughing, as Mazie stared at me with a confused look on her face. It served Chance right for looking at my phone, but as for Jacob and me dating, that would never happen in a gazillion years.
“He really thinks that Jacob and I were a thing?” I asked her as I tried to catch my breath, needing a good laugh after everything that happened today.
