Chase’s POV
This was definitely something that I hadn’t foreseen coming or even taken into real consideration. All the attacks that had happened up to this point had only involved one rogue, but today it looked like the rogue that had given the order wasn’t taking any chances of missing his intended target.
It was obvious that he wanted his message to be heard loud and clear, and right now, seeing the group of rogue wolves emerging from the shadows, I realized that he wasn’t playing around. Right now, I could really use my brothers, but unfortunately, they were a little tied up with the thing they had going on with Raven, so I was going to have to improvise with what resources I had.
