Aria's agreement to Kael's proposal ignited a flurry of wedding preparations. The Blackwood estate transformed into a bustling hub of activity. Edward summoned the finest wedding planners, and Lila took Aria under her wing, guiding her through the whirlwind of arrangements. "Your wedding gown will be exquisite," Lila exclaimed, holding up a sketch. "Kael will be mesmerized." Aria blushed, her mind racing with doubts and anticipation. Meanwhile, Kael oversaw the estate's renovations, ensuring Aria's comfort and happiness. Vivian and Lady Victoria seethed, their discontent simmering beneath the surface. As the big day approached, Aria's father received an invitation, his eyes shining with tears. "My dear, you deserve happiness," he whispered Here's the continuation: The day of the wedding dawned, casting a golden glow over the Blackwood estate. Aria woke early, her stomach fluttering with nerves. Lila helped her into the stunning ivory gown, adorned with delicate lace and pearls. "You look breathtaking, Aria," Lila said, tears shining in her eyes. Aria's father beamed with pride as he escorted her down the aisle. Kael awaited, dashing in his tailored tuxedo, his eyes locked onto Aria's. The ceremony unfolded with elegance, vows spoken amidst soft music and whispered promises. As the sun dipped below the horizon, Kael and Aria exchanged rings. "You may kiss the bride," the officiant announced. Kael's lips brushed against Aria's, a gentle promise. The reception erupted in cheers and applause. Night descended, casting shadows across the opulent bedroom. Aria's anxiety spiked as Kael entered, his eyes searching for hers. She had envisioned this moment differently – with love, not arrangement. Kael approached, his footsteps quiet. "Aria, we don't have to—" "You don't have to say it," Aria interrupted, her voice barely above a whisper. "I know it's expected." Kael's gaze softened. "Expected, perhaps. But I want you to know that I won't pressure you. We'll consummate our marriage when you're ready, and our hearts are aligned." Aria's defenses crumbled. "No one has ever considered my feelings like that," she said, her voice cracking. Kael's fingers brushed her cheek. "I want to be your safe haven, Aria. Your love, your partner." Tears welled in Aria's eyes. "Thank you, Kael," she whispered. Kael wrapped his arms around her, holding her close. "Sleep, my love. We have all the time in the world." As Aria drifted off, she felt an unfamiliar sense of belonging. The next morning, Aria accompanied Kael to a nearby estate. As they approached, she recognized the property her father's new home. Tears pricked at the corners of her eyes. "Kael, this is...too much," Aria said, her voice trembling. Kael smiled warmly. "I'm simply doing my duty as a son," he replied. "Your father's comfort is my responsibility." Aria's heart swelled. "But I don't want to appear—" Kael's fingers brushed her lips. "This isn't charity or pity, Aria. It's family taking care of family." Aria's doubts dissipated. "Thank you, Kael," she whispered. As they entered, Aria saw the beautifully furnished house, stocked with provisions and maids ready to assist her father. Her father's eyes sparkled with gratitude. "Aria, I'm so proud of you," he said. Kael's arm wrapped around Aria's waist. "We're in this together," he said. Aria's heart fluttered. Was she falling for her husband? As the sun dipped below the horizon, Kael and Aria strolled through the private garden after leaving her father's new house with lots of emotions and tears, surrounded by vibrant flowers and soothing fountains. "Tell me about yourself," Kael said, his eyes sparkling with curiosity. Aria smiled, feeling at ease. "I love reading, especially mythology and history. And you?" Kael chuckled. "I'm passionate about architecture and art. I designed our estate's east wing." Aria's eyes widened. "Really? It's stunning!" Kael's face lit up. "I'm glad you like it." As they walked, their conversations flowed effortlessly. Aria discovered Kael's love for horses and his talent for painting. Kael learned about Aria's dreams of becoming a writer and her fondness for sunsets. The evening air filled with laughter and shared stories. Under a blooming arbor, Kael turned to Aria. "I'm grateful for you," he said, his voice low and sincere. Aria's heart skipped a beat. "Me too," she whispered. Their eyes locked, the distance between them shrinking.
