Chapter Seven Mary Ellen groaned and tugged at Annie’s arm. “Come on, Annie. You’ve been cooped up in here for over a week.” Annie growled and pulled her arm away. “I don’t care.” She hugged her pillow tighter to her chest and curled further into her dressing gown cocoon. “I’ll stay in here longer if I have to.” “Until when?” Mary Ellen demanded. “Forever for all I care.” Annie snapped.
