Christian didn’t say a thing but instead he just lets out a little laugh and then stretched his hands to me.

Without hesitation or even thinking about it , I took his hands as we both started walking out of the house.
His bike was packed just outside and he had the second helmet with him which he gave me and I placed it on without questioning.
