Chapter 14

PRINCE ALVIN POV- YEAR 2020

Two months has pass since mine and Fiona’s bodies swapped to Aaden and Aaliyah’s bodies in 2020. I feel ashamed to learn that Rose has cheated me because of her thirst for power. I even began despising Fiona because of Rose’s words. 

At the first month, we visit the places planned by Aaden to visit with Aaliyah. It helped us to understand the culture, and new equipment used by the people in 2020. The mobile is very helpful in every way to the people to live in 2020. The memories of Aaden and Aaliyah was a great help for us in adopting to this era.

When I spend the time with Fiona at first month, I came to know that she is a very attractive and loving person unlike the thoughts I have about her because of the lies by Rose. I began to like her although she continues to give me a cold shoulder.

By saying her that, we must act as Aaden and Aaliyah who loves each other with their lives I succeeded in keeping her near me most time. I’m happy that, I got chance to know about Rose’s real intentions and Fiona’s soul also coming here with mine. 

It’s been a month since we come from our honeymoon trip. Both of us had to engage in Aaden and Aaliyah’s day Today, activities and it was very challenging for us because they are popular, and their personalities are very strong.

As Aaliyah Fiona does not want to treat patients because a doctor deal with lives. Although, she has all the memories of Aaliyah’s she refuses to work as a doctor. But, she continues to work as the heiress of the Edwards hospital chain and begins to search about the time travel incidents. But, she hasn’t succeeded in finding any valid information that will help us to swap our souls into our original bodies yet.

As Aaden I’m responsible with looking after his business empire. The most challenging thing for me was to deal as a mafia boss AD. But throughout this time, I’ve successfully adapting to this life step by step.

My thoughts are disturbed by the ringing the tone of the phone. I look at the phone to see the caller identity, and it is from the unknown caller who is calling me throughout this month, warning to stop about the searching conducting regarding the Aaden’s parent’s death. It confirmed that, this accident was done by strong mafia hand because these people are daring to threaten a powerful multimillionaire without any fear. Aaden’s Mafia men are searching about these people, and they fail to gather any valuable information yet.

With different thoughts, I answer the call.

“Mr. Aaden, you did not listen to my warning and allowing AD’s mafia gang to search about me. The people who did not care my warnings will suffer from severe losses.”

This bastard! I may be not Aaden. But his words make me angry. He wants to fight with Aaden? Okay! Because Aaden is not here, I’ll take care this bastard on my own way. On the Crown Prince Alvin’s way.

“Yeah! Soon, very soon you’ll face severe losses. So, be ready for it.”

I reply to him nonchalantly.

“Huh! Thank you for your warning. I’ll definitely get ready for it. But now, take care of your loving wife.”

His words make me feel like, someone pour ice water on head to toe in winter season. Did he dare to hurt my Fiona? I’ll definitely kill him. Without bothering to answer his call any more I call Fiona. When she does not answer, fear rise in me. Because she does not answer the three times I call her, I call to one of her bodyguards.

As soon as the call answers, I speak without waiting for a greeting from him.

“Where is Fiona? She is okay, right? Tell her to answer my phone call.”

The hell! In rush, I inquire about Fiona. Not about Aaliyah. I have to be more careful.

“Hello sir, the owner of the phone and others in the vehicle has met with an accident. They were immediately rushed into the XXX hospital.”

The words make me frozen. While instructing my bodyguards to drive us to the hospital, I speak with the respondent again.

“Who are you? Do you know the situation of the lady in the car?”

“I’m a Police Officer. The lady was bleeding heavily and was unconscious when we took her to the hospital.”

I end the call because there wasn’t any strength in me to talk with the man anymore. Every second spent to reach the hospital feels like eternity. 

‘Please! Please let my Fiona be okay. She still hates me for my doings and I never got chance to tell her that I love her so much and want to live with her forever. That I’m happy that her soul come with here with me. That I want to have children with her, and make her mine.’

“Boss we have reach the hospital.”

My thoughts disturb by one of my guards, and before getting down from the car, I turn towards the Aaden’s right-hand man to give some instructions.

“Call the Edwards hospital and ask them to ready for an emergency because I’ll make them to transfer Aaliyah to there as soon as possible. In next twenty-four hours, I want details about, the person behind this. If not, I’ll make you guys pay for that. Also at night I want the driver at our underground, who cause this accident. Also, try to control the situation with media.”

With that I run to the hospital and inquire about Fiona, and they said that she is in ICU. The minutes I spend before the ICU is the most critical time I have face in my life ever. When a doctor comes out from the ICU I inquire about her situation. He seems to identify me and Fiona as Aaden and Aaliyah.

“Mr. Clifford, her situation is very critical………………….
