Chapter 01

AADEN POV - year 2020

I was looking at Aaliyah’s photos in my phone while waiting for arrival. She truly is a beauty. She has a great posture and personality be a model. Ronald is really an unlucky man. My attention was grabbed the sound of high heels. When I focus my attention towards the source of high heels, my lovely Aaliyah was in front of my eyes like a siren with heart-warming smile.

“Hello Mr. Clifford. I’m Aaliyah Edwards. May we talk quickly because my wedding is tomorrow and I’m busy with it.”

“Aaden is fine Aaliyah. Take a sit.”

I said to her while showing the chair next to me, after shaking hands.

Replying a ‘thank you’, she sits down. Her beautiful smile never leaves from her lips. I wonder whether she loves Ronald or not? Will she be sad to know about his truth?

“Watch this”

I passed my phone with the video of Ronald and Rachel f*****g each other and plotting to kill I and her on the way to the honeymoon. I keep watching her expressions, expecting to see sad. But no. There wasn’t a bit ray of sadness, only anger. She throws my phone to the ground and begins to walk here and there.

“This son of the b***h has audacity to plan against me to cheat me and kill me. I’ll destroy the fucker. Both will see the hell.”

‘Wow! She is the suitable one for me’.

I thought while looking at her and asked the question that disturbs me from the beginning.

“You did not love him?”

“No. I have never loved anyone till…..”

She looks at me and stop the statement in mid while looking at my eyes.

“Till?” I word my curiosity.

“Till I saw you at the hospital before a week ago.”

She replied to me with that siren smile on her lips.

‘She loves me from the first sight? Like I do with her? Wow!’

“None was able to grab my heart till I see you a week ago. There was nothing to do because the honor of my family was in my shoulders with the scheduled wedding. But I couldn’t keep my mind away from you. So, I search for the details about you and was shocked to know that your wedding is schedule to the same date as mine. I decide to forget you and go on with my life, although, till now I fail to do so.”

She exclaimed while still looking at my eyes.

“So, the feeling is mutual. I also love you from the moment I see your photo as the bride of Ronald.”

She smiles at me while the anger expression replacing with happy.

“What’s your plan? You should have a plan before revealing me these details. What are you planning to do?”

She asks walking besides to me and touching my right cheek with her left arm. Her blue eyes are digging into my eyes for expecting an answer. Before replying to her, I grab her hair in my right hand, and pull her face towards mine while grabbing her soft lips for an intense kiss. A moan escapes from her while, I taste every corner of her mouth. She seems that she’s having lack of experience in this area. I’m glad about it. I’ll be her trainee. No one ever will able to taste these juicy lips other than me. the mare thought of she had been kiss by another one made me want to kill that bastard mercilessly.

“I’m very angry even to think that, these lips were taste by someone before me. But from this moment onward, I’m the only one. You are mine.”

I murmured while hugging her and kissing on her hair.

“You are the first and will be the last too.”

The words he murmured to my chest, cause my heart to flutter. I sit down on the chair I sat before, with Aaliyah on my lap and hide my face between her neck and shoulder.

“We’ll marry tomorrow at the scheduled place. We’ll go there as we are unaware of their plotting. We’ll release this video to media, and the persons who present there. Then we’ll marry and go for a long honeymoon.”

I said while rubbing my face along her shoulder, which cause her to burst into laugh.

“Before that, we have to call the police to arrest them. When the video release, their carrier lives will be destroyed because no one is going to offer them a job opportunity going against this vicious businessman and in the hospital industry there is no one that will go against my family.”

She said while kissing on my forehead.

‘Wow! She is the most suitable partner in my life. Destroying the opponent without any mercy. I wonder how she will react to me, if I reveal my identity as the mafia boss AD. No, I should wait till a perfect moment. As a doctor, she is a life saver while I’m a killer. I’ll never loses her because of any reason.’

“But, your family will oppose in you marrying me. As the heiress of the family, they are expecting you to marry a doctor.”

Although, I’m not going to let her leave me for any reason, I’m afraid to hear her reply. So, it causes me to tighten my grip around her waist automatically.

“I’m not going to miss you for any reason. They propose me a doctor who plans to kill me on our wedding day. They have no more chance to interfere with my life. Do you know? From the beginning I wanted to be a police officer. But, because I was the only child of the family I had to be a doctor. It’s not that, I’m not happy with being a doctor. But I prefer to be a police officer.”

‘To be a police officer? I’m glad that, she becomes a doctor.’

Our conversation was disturbed with the sound of her phone ringing, and she stands from my lap take her phone. When she sees the caller identity, a smirk pop onto her lips, and she turns her screen towards me which cause me to give her a smile. 

I indicate her to come to my lap before answering the phone. Agreeing to me, she sits on my lap while putting the phone on speaker.
