Katherine finished preparing the milk tea and pastries by afternoon to give to Marshall and Peter. She ran across Lucas as she was leaving the elevator with other staff members while traveling to Peter.
When he noticed her, he gave her a nod. After receiving her milk tea and sweets, Katherine blushed and realized that since he had already seen it, she should send him a piece as well. Fortunately, she had purchased enough.
She went back to the break room after leaving Peter's office, grabbed another plate of sweets and some milk tea, and headed over to visit Lucas.
With files in hand and data on them, Lucas was at his office reviewing the information.
Grinning, Katherine answered the door. "This is where. I had earlier purchased additional." She went up to his desk and set it down.
