Chapter 2- Face Off. Jonathan Anderson. "Jonathan..." She whispered, surprised. Well, I did promise her, I would be back. She kept staring at me for sometime probably not believing her eyes. She closed her eyes just then wondering if I was just her imagination. Meanwhile I checked her out, she was wearing a one sided shoulder black dress which ended at her mid thigh, molding her curves perfectly. She has grown to be an achingly beautiful women, with ever shining sapphire blue eyes and pouty lips that demanded to be kissed by me. My hands were horribly itching to touch her body, make her mine right then. I imagined how it would look to have her bare legs wrapped around my waist while I push her to the wall, caging her with my hands while kissing her senseless and then- "Jonathan." I looked at her to see her blue eyes filled with wonder and disbelieve. "Jonathan!!" She yelled out loudly and jumped on me, wrapping her hands around my neck while I instantly wrapped mine across her waist. I lifted her up from the ground and swung her around as I heard her melodious laugh fill my ears and I knew she missed me as much as I missed her. Oh. I could do this all day! She in my arms and we could just fly around the world. After sometime, I hesitantly let her go but didn't let go of her hand. "Mom, Dad, Ricky. It's Jonathan!" She yelled in excitement, calling for their attention. She pulled me inside, our fingers intertwined with each other's. "Mom, look, he came!" She said excited to her mother. Soon her father and brother joined us. All the time my sweetheart looking at me alone. "Sam! Calm down. I'm here and I won't go anywhere." I said looking at her eyes, my voice deep. "Jon! How have you been?" Her brother came and gave me a man to man hug which I returned it. "I'm good man." I replied. "Well son, this was the biggest present our daughter could have got on her birthday, by you coming back." Her father said while giving me a handshake. "Yes, you better not leave now, she had been missing you a lot." Her mother added. "Come, we got a lot to catch up on!" Said my sweet while dragging me away from her family towards the other side. Finally! I'm here! I don't know how I even stayed so long away from her. Soon two girls joined us, well so much for having a alone time. I thought darkly. "Are you going to introduce us?" Interrupted a Blondie. "Hi! I'm Elisa." She introduced herself. "Well Hi. Nice meeting you Elisa." I took her hand in my mine and kissed the back of it, she blushed at that. "He's so sweet!" Voiced out another girl. "He is!" My sweetheart continued, "He's the sweetest and the most loving person you will ever meet, Cammy." If only she knew. Soon everyone started gathering and introducing themselves. I listened to them uninterested, I mean who the hell cared who they were, my sweet was with me, that was all I cared about, is all I ever cared about. But still I kept my smiling face on. "Did Lucy and David come?" She asked calling for my attention referring to my parents. She called them with their names as if they were friends. "No they've been busy. It's only me." I explained to her hoping she would buy it. "Okay... It would've been nice if they were here though." My sweet. I turned her to me and kept my hands on either sides of her cheeks and made her look into my eyes. F*** she's so soft, I wonder how her lips would feel on mine. I've been imagining it for so long that it aches. Like when I was thirteen I guess. That's when I realised that I loved her. I don't know how long I can control myself but I just want it to happen with her consent. At least that's what the good side of me wants. Seeing her in that dress, she lookef so ravishing that I wanted nothing but to lay her in my bed and have- "Jonathan." And listening to her call my name doesn't help me one bit. "Jonathan!" I was brought out of my thoughts. "You kinda zoned out." She giggled, which made my heart swell. "May be." I shrugged. "So. What was I saying?" I asked unsure. I honestly forgot. "About your parents." She reminded me sadly. "Yeah. So it's okay. They might see you soon. But I am here right?" I said, not knowing how to avoid their subject. "Yeah. And don't ever leave me again. Promise?" "I promise." I won't my Sam, no one can separate us again ever. I couldn't stop gazing at her and she was too..until. The door bell rang, breaking our gaze. We broke apart and Sam smiled nervously making it obvious for me that she felt for me too. I smiled delightfully at that. "I'll take it." Her mother said, I was relieved that Sam won't have to go away from me in order to open the door but that was short lived when Sam stopped her mother. "It's okay Mom. I'll take it, must be Michael." She said blushing. What the hell? Why the hell's she blushing and who the f*** is this Michael? Calm down dammit! I don't want to cause a problem here. Besides it's my sweet's birthday. But I am surely gonna kill that guy if he is what I am afraid he is to her. She unlocked her hand away from mine while I was struggling to get her back to my side. She went to open the door and in came a guy. She leaned into him and so did he and they kissed each other making my blood boil. I'm definitely gonna kill that bustard. He touched what's mine. And who knows what not in my absence.!! I didn't realise what I did until I heard, "Jonathan!" To see that the blonde girl yelling my name causing Sam and that dog to break out of the kiss. Well something good out of that girl's whining. I raised my brows at her to see her looking towards the glass in my hand. It was then I knew that I had broken the glass in my hand due to my anger and blood was flowing from my hand; however I wished it wasn't my blood but that bastard's. I saw Sam making her way towards me, hand in hand with that f***face. Too much love, isn't there? I couldn't help but be extremely jealous. I wanted to cut his hand. She came to me while I winced just to make her think it hurt. She instantly let go of his hand and caught mine. I smirked at that. "Oh my God! Jonathan, your hand." She looked very sad. "It's okay. Not that big of a deal." I said trying to calm her down. "It is. Come on let's go to my room, I got first aid kit there." She called me already dragging me to her room. As soon as we entered her room, I was met with her fruity smell. The whole room had her sweet fruity fragrance encasing me in it's embrace. I took a deep breath and wondered how it would be like to nuzzle my nose in her neck and take in her delicious scent. "You sit on the bed. I'll get a towel and first aid kit to clean you up." She made me sit there and left to her bathroom. I sat there, her bed warm and soft like her. I took her pillow and hugged it to myself imagining it to be her. Remembering the time when I stole her pillow before leaving. Sighing, I kept it back. I didn't know when all my imaginations about her, with her, would come true. My eyes scanned the room and fell on one particular object. It was a photograph we took four years back when I had to leave. She still has it. I smiled. Soon, she came back with a small bucket of water, towel and a first aid kid in her hands. She strolled towards me and sat in the bed beside me. She took my hand in hers and cleaned the wound with a wet towel and then wrapped a band aid around it. She was about to get up when I stopped her. "So, Michael?" I asked her. She blushed instantly. I fisted my hands wanting to break something or someone but I didn't want to scare her. "He's my boyfriend. We've been dating for two years by now." She murmured happily. I thought she would wait for me but how wrong was I. "And we love each other." She had to say that?! God how I want to just tell her right now, kiss her senseless and tell her she's only mine! I needed to keep my cool. I just have to get rid of that worm and then we'll be fine. But I gotta do it in a way she doesn't get to know or even she did, at least he'd be out of the way. "Okay then! Come on let's go down, they must be waiting." I got up while taking her hand in mine and walking her down with me. "Baby!" I heard that pest call out to my sweet. Baby? How dare he call her that. Only I could call her any of that. He walked towards us or shall I say towards her. I hated the way he was looking at her with his lustful eyes. She let go of my hand and held his. "Babe! This is Jonathan Anderson, my best friend. And Jonathan? This is Michael Williams, my boyfriend." She introduced with a wide smile on her face. Begrudgingly, I shook his hand while giving him a tight smile. So, he's your boyfriend my sweet? Don't worry, he's gonna be your late boyfriend soon. I chuckled at that thought while they looked at me confused. "Come on, Sammy! Let's cut the cake." Her friend called out. "Come on guys, let's go!" Sam dragged us both to the living room. Just then I felt the blonde girl stand beside me. Can't she just leave me alone! She's been trying to flirt with me since I arrived. I looked and smiled at her, politely. "So, Jonathan are you single?" She asked daringly. "I'm afraid I am." It's okay just a bit more time. I needed to hear what Sam and that dirt is talking about while blushing at each other making my blood boil. But if only this girl left me alone. "I'm single too." She hinted. "But then I am in love with someone." I cut her flirting. "Oh." She kept quite then, walking away from me. Sam then cut the cake, and fed her boyfriend. She then fed me and later her family. "So, how long have you both known each other?" Her boyfriend asked. "From childhood, since we were kids. Back then she was only six and I was seven when we met." I told him remembering the moment we met, a smile meeting my lips. "So you must know a lot about each other." He said. "We know everything about each other." I said emphasizing on the word everything giving him the wrong idea. Let him think wrong, let him think we had something going on. He was about to say something when Sam cut him off. "So where's my gift?" She looked expectantly at us. "Well, you'll get it tomorrow by 9 in the morning. You should get it by then." I told her. I hope she likes it. "Here's your gift." He gave her a box containing a diamond bracelet. Nothing that I couldn't give her. "Mich-" "No, baby. Don't deny it." He cut her off. He took her hand and tucked it around her wrist. I held the glass tightly in my hand but not so hard that it might break again. The guests were moved to their garden where the dinner was set up but I needed to leave. There's something important I need to do that or I don't know how long I could hold myself back from killing him. "Sam, I need to leave. I have something important to do." I told her while we were alone. "So soon?" "I have to." I told her. "Thanks for coming tonight." She continued "And thanks for keeping your promise. And yeah! Next time call the girl you love with you too." She said laughing. I realised that blonde girl must have filled her on it. "You know I never break promises. As for the girl I love, you'll see her soon." I stated. She hugged me while wrapping her hands around my neck and mine wrapped around her waist. We stood like that for sometime until a voice broke us out. Surely her boyfriend, I thought darkly. I kissed her softly on the cheek. "Bye Sam." I told her and left. Stepping out of her house I made my way to where my Lamborghini car was parked. I slid in the driver's seat and took out my cell phone while dialing a number I knew would be of help. "I need to know, everything about Michael Williams." I relayed and cut the call. I then drove to my hotel in anger while I promised to myself, You are going to die Michael! Let the countdown begin... ********
