(Arya's Pov) I walked into the café, looking for John. He was sitting at a table, sipping a cup of coffee. He smiled at me as I approached. "Hey, Arya," he said. "I'm glad you're interested in the job. I've set up an interview for you with my friend, Fred." I nodded, feeling happy and also very nervous "That sounds great, John. When is the interview?" John pulled out his phone and checked the time. "It's scheduled for tomorrow morning. But the thing is you have to Skype with him for the interview." I nodded, taking a deep breath. I was determined to make a good impression and get the job. "Okay, John. I'll be ready," I said, smiling at him. John smiled back and stood up. "I'll walk you out," he said. As we walked out of the café, I had a feeling that this job was going to change my life. (John's Pov) I watched Arya walk out of the café, feeling satisfied. I had done my part to help her, and now it was up to her to nail the interview. I walked back to my table and sat down, pulling out my phone. I sent a text to Fred, confirming the interview for tomorrow. As I waited for a response, I couldn't help but think about Arya. She was a great girl, and I had a feeling that she was going to do well in the interview. My phone rang, and I looked down to see a response from Fred. "Thanks, John. I'm looking forward to meeting Arya tomorrow." I smiled, feeling happy that I had been able to help Arya. Now it was up to her to make a good impression and get the job. ****** (Arya's Pov) I woke up early the next morning, feeling so nervous. Today was the day of my Skype interview with Fred. I got dressed like I was going to meet him in person and made my way to the café, where John had arranged for me to use the internet connection for the interview for a free flow. As I sat down at a table, John handed me a cup of coffee and wished me good luck. "You'll do great, Arya," he said with a smile. I took a deep breath, trying to calm my nerves. I had researched Fred online before today and I have a feeling he will be such a great person. At 10 am sharp, my laptop beeped, signaling an incoming Skype call from Fred. I answered, trying to sound confident and cheerful. "Good morning, Arya," Fred said, smiling at me from the screen. "It's nice to meet you." I smiled back, "Good morning, Mr Fred. It's nice to meet you too." The interview went smoothly, with Fred asking me questions about my experience and skills on house keeping and I answered confidently and using my mother as an example. As the interview came to a close, Fred smiled at me again. "Thank you, Arya. You've been very impressive. I'll be in touch soon to let you know my decision." I smiled back, feeling hopeful. "Thank you, Mr Fred. I look forward to hearing from you." As the call ended, I let out a sigh of relief. I had done my best, and now all I could do was wait and see what happened next. John walked over to me. "How did it go?" he asked. I smiled, hiding my fears. "It went well, I think. But I won't know for sure until Fred gets back to me." John nodded, smiling. "I'm sure you'll hear from him soon. And I'm sure you'll get the job." I smiled back, feeling grateful for John's support. "Thanks, John. That means a lot to me." ****** Fred's Pov) I leaned back in my chair, smiling as I ended the Skype call with Arya. She had made a great impression on me. As I thought back to our conversation, I couldn't help but feel drawn to her, though not for anything it's just on work basis. There was something about her that seemed genuine and sincere, something that made me want to get to know her better. I stood up and walked over to the window, looking out at the stunning view of Geneva. I had a feeling that Arya was going to be a great addition to my house. I walked back to my desk and picked up the phone, dialing John's number. "Hey, John," I said when he answered. "I just finished the interview with Arya." "How did it go?" John asked. "She's great," I replied. "I think she'd be perfect for the job." John chuckled. "I told you she was a great girl." I smiled, feeling excited. "Yeah, you did. Okay, well, I'll talk to you later." I hung up the phone and leaned back in my chair, thinking about Arya. I couldn't wait to meet her in person. I picked up the phone again and dialed my assistant's number. "Mercy, I need you to make travel arrangements for Arya," I said when she answered. "Okay, sir," Mercy replied. "When does she need to arrive?" I thought for a moment. "How about next week?" "Okay, sir. I'll take care of it." As I sat at my desk, I thought about a lot of things. Would she accept the job offer? And if she did, how would our working relationship be? I pushed the thoughts aside and focused on the task at hand. I had a lot of work to do before Arya arrived, and I wanted to make sure everything was perfect. I spent the rest of the day working, my mind occasionally going back to Arya. I couldn't wait to meet her in person and see if our connection was as strong as I thought it was. I had a feeling that Arya was going to bring a lot of joy and excitement into my life. “Only time would tell,” I said.
