Went Wrong...

2027 Words
One night Paige, Mike, Krish and I had gone out for a night club to spend the night for night club, as Krish and I were going back to London for winter break and spend the Christmas with my family (including Neil and Krish). Once again, to tempt my jealousy Krish started to flirt with a random girl, sitting near the bar counter. Her height would be approximately 5'10", which is taller than mine; her long blonde hair reached till her waist; she had perfect curves which added extra - beauty by her tight navy-blue knee-length dress. You could say at one glimpse that she could be one of the modals. "Man! She is hot." Mike sighed heavily. "Loo, your that friend is really lucky to get her tonight" he chuckled. "Shut the f**k up! Mike" I glared at him, which made him wince and turned to glare at Krish and that slutty random girl. Now they were close to each other, he whispered something in her ear which made her laugh then he looked at me with a smirk and had 'admit - you're - feeling - jealous' look on his face. Soon, my evil mind started to function and I smirked at him giving 'now - the - game - is - on' look. I turned to Mike who was silent and hadn't talked a single word since I yelled at him. "Come let's dance," I said and dragged him towards the dance floor. The air was filled with Eminem's 'Break your heart'. I swayed my body along with his; ignoring the glares that Krish was passing to me. Suddenly, a strong muscular hand grabbed my arm and I collided into a hard wall. When I looked up, a pair of firing eye was throwing daggers to me. Well, if looks could kill a person, then I would have died then. "Hey, what's wrong with you man?" Mike asked creasing his brows. Krish gave 'Just - stay - f*****g - say - from - this' look, which made him back off. His hold on my arm tightened which made me wince in pain. He dragged me out of the place leaving confusing Mike on the dance floor and took me to the car and pushed me into the passenger seat and slammed the door harshly; within a flash of a second, he was in the driver's seat roaring the engine to live and rushed out. "What the hell is wrong with you, Krish?" I spatted. "What. The. Hell. Is. Wrong. With. You?" he retorted, trying to mimic me but it failed, "What were you doing with him?" "I was just dancing with him." I sneered, "Unlike you." "Dancing!" he creased his brows and snorted angrily. "You call that f*****g thing as a dance?" His knuckles turned pale white as he held the steering wheel tightly. "And what were you doing with that b***h?" I retorted now. "That doesn't matter." His voice came cold. "Well, it does matter." I glared at him, "When you can flirt with some random Barbies, then why can't I dance with my friend?" "You should not." He sounded more coldly than before. "Why shouldn't I?" "If you shouldn't mean you shouldn't, did you get it?" he didn't state but commanded me. "Care to explain it, Krish." I gritted my teeth, "And you can't say or command me on what to do and what to not?" "Yeah! I can, because you're my girlfriend." He pulled into my driveway. As he halted the car, I jumped out off slamming the door behind and rushed into my apartment and went to the kitchen.  Krish followed me and locked the door, "Looshin, I know that I shouldn't have acted like that but I don't like to see that guy - your friend near you." He was leaning against the kitchen island while I was drinking water. "And I don't like the way you're behaving right now." I kept the glass on the sink. "And when it comes to Mike, he is my friend Krish. I know how he behaves towards me, and let me clear the way that he is like a brother to me and I'm not any five years old." I said and went to my room. I changed into a white tank top and minions' pyjama and set to pack the bags. "I'm sorry." I heard the voice from my bedroom doorframe. But I being the embodiment of stubbornness was ignoring him and doing my work. "Looshin, I'm sorry." Now the voice came from my back, still, I was ignoring him and zipped my bag. Before lifting it, a hand snatched the bag and threw it on the floor. "I'm talking to you, Looshin." He held my arm and dragged me against the wall. "Let go, Krish." I winced in pain. "You can't talk to like this."  "Then you should have listened to me, earlier."  Before I could say anything, his lips crashed mine and the kiss was not a passionate one. It was full of anger. I stayed still as I didn't kiss him back; he had bite lower lip harshly for allowance and blood spilt out from my lips. The next moment I pushed him and there was 'thud' sound all over the room, then I realized I slapped him, very hard on his cheeks. "I hate you, Krish. I f*****g hate you, Mr Krish freaking Chopra." I pointed him, as tears rolled down on my cheeks. His face changed suddenly from anger to guilt. He left my shoulder and went out of the room. I sat there crying, folding my legs to my chest. Tears were rolling down my cheeks continuously. I don't know when I drifted to sleep. My eyes opened by the sound of the alarm. I mumbled and rolled over the bed to turn it off. Suddenly, I realized that I was lying in the bed under the duvet, and I don't know how I end up sleeping on the bed; then the incidents of previous night strike in my mind. I checked the time and it was 7:30 a.m. and the bright morning sunlight escaping through the window filled the room. I got off from the bed and went to do my morning duties and took a shower. I wore a black and pink printed floral knee-length dress. My wet hair was left free. I went to the kitchen to have a coffee, but before I could enter the kitchen, I heard the rumbling sound of vessels in the kitchen and I knew who it would be, so I silently walked into the kitchen and saw Krish making some Bacon with scrambled eggs. He turned and saw me and his eyes bloodshot red, it means he didn't sleep well the previous night. He had guilt in his eyes and it pleaded for forgiveness, but I looked away and took a glass and poured some pineapple juice, which was kept on the table. "Breakfast is almost done.” He looked at me, "You sit on the chair, I'll serve you." "Hmm." I nodded and went to the table. After sometimes, he placed a plate in front of me and sat across me, and we ate in uncomfortable silence. "I'm sorry, Looshin." He was kneeling in front of me. His eyes were teary. But I remained silent and played with the food. "Looshin, please talk to me." He took my hand, "I know I was out of my mind, last night, and what I've done was unforgivable. But I can't stand when I see you dancing with some other guy." I tried to hold my tear back but I couldn't help, a tear escaped and ran down to my cheeks. "I'm sorry, Looshin. Please talk to me, princess.  I want my Looshin back, my princess who always carry a smiling face with her and cares for me." He pleaded, "Please." Just then, my phone rang in the living room, "I've got to attend, that call." I said sternly and freed my hand from his, but still could feel his gaze from behind. I didn't know what to do, then.  After breakfast, we went shopping to buy some gifts for our respected families. Thankfully we were accompanied by my friends (including Mike), but still, somewhere in my heart I felt to be with him and intertwine our fingers, hug him and kiss him; but my anger took over my love. After shopping for sometimes, we were so hungry so we went to one of the Chinese restaurants.  "Hey, Mike," Krish called him when we three were alone and the girls went to the washroom. "Hey." He replied meekly. "Listen, Mike. I'm sorry for what happened last night. I shouldn't have behaved like that with you last night at the pub." He sighed with eyes closed. "I... I was out of my sanity and I regret it. I'm sorry, Mike." He opened his eyes and his eyes showed the regret in it. "Hey, dude! It's okay. I've forgotten it long ago." He said with casualness. And that's what I like in Mike, he is a sort of easy-going person and he never cares what others would think about him and always does what he feels the right. We can also say, he is a person of 'I - don't - care - the - s**t - of - anyone' attitude. "And come on dude, don't be sad about it." He patted on Krish back. "Excuse me, guys." I said and stood up, "I've to use the restroom." At the same time, other girls came out. "Looshin, you know he regrets for his last night mistake, then why are you angry on him." My inner conscience said which reflected in the mirror. "I can't forgive him for what he had done?" I retorted. "Why?" "Because..." I went silent. "Because you are adamant." She cut me off, “Because your anger overtook your love.” I kept silent. "Come on, Looshin. You can't blame him completely; even you're at the fault too." "What? How... how am I at the fault?" I was in shock. "Because you know very well that Krish never in a dream he would imagine you with another guy. But last night you were swaying your whole body with Mike with a proximity distance. Isn't that blameable?" she raised an eyebrow. "I was just dancing." I tried to reason out. "Do you think the same, when you will be in his position?" Silent again. "Now go and say him that you've forgiven him." She smiled with concern. "hmmm..." I smiled and nodded. "That sounds like a good girl." She said and faded away with a smile. I sighed and washed my face and went out to join others. Then suddenly, my phone buzzed and there was notification of a message sent by Krish, which said, "Got some important work to complete, will see you at the house. bye" At the afternoon, I returned home struggling with loads of bags, I bought in the morning. When I finally reached the doorstep I dropped the bags down and searched for the keys in my purse, and opened the door. When I entered the house, two bags were standing at the middle of the living room beside them was Krish, sitting on the couch holding his head on his hands. "Are you going, somewhere?" I asked and he looked up to me, his eyes were teary and it was obvious that he had cried. "Yeah. I'm leaving." He got up. "You... What?" I scrunched my brows. "I'm leaving for London." "But why? We were supposed to go together, right?" I still stood in the doorstep. "A while ago I got a call from mom, that dad has got a severe cardiac attack and he has been admitted in the hospital. And he is in a critical situation." He came forward along with bags and cupped my cheeks. I could see the pain in his eyes. "Looshin, I'm sorry for what I did last night. I can apologize as many times you want me to and I know that it's not so easy to forgive me. You can take your time and I'll be waiting for you." His eyes moved to the bruise in my lips, "I'm sorry." He caressed my lips. I closed my eyes and I want to kiss him, but before I could do anything, he backed off and took his bags. "Take care of my heart, Princess." He said and went out.
